If your uncle is willing to pay the education bond, well in that case you have to show him as your guardian and make a affidavit stating that he has to pay you back the amount he has lend in past and now he paid you back in the form of education bond(this is one way). Or you can right away show the education bond without showing from where you purchased the bond but in this case it will be bit risky and they might ask you for the proof of funds like who purchased this bond and how and why and whats the relationship he has with you.

I will recommend you to take money from your brother and purchase on your own and in that case you need to create ca certificate stating that he own you that much amount in past and now returning back. Be at the safer side.

You have to send the request mail to release the bond in the bank account of Ireland which you will be opening and in 1-2 business days the amount will be credited.

Well you can show but you must have your own funds to invest you bank account to support the finances, you just cant rely on education bond. You have to give proof for the inward transaction in your bank account in 6 month period.

See there is no fixed rule of the amount to be honest. You have already increased your chances by paying the full course fees and if you have taken bond it increases more but to be on a 100% sure chance it would increase the chance more higher if you keep little more funds handy in account.

You need bank statements and all documents of you investments if you have any and willing to show. The receipts of the payments you did for fees and bond.
If that money is yours then it will be in your bank statement for 6 months, and if you taking money from outside to purchase that in that case you have to show.
Bro first thing if your fixed deposit is about to mature before your flying to ireland then that can be considered otherwise that is having zero value for them.
