I need Suggestion for the documents as my father is not able to help me for the blocked amount and i dont have much amount personally and if someone whom im working with is ready to lend me money on interest basis, so can i keep in my account and show as my statement.
i can also showcase my pf documents as well as the investment proof but that will not add up in total show money.
If the lended amount is coming in the six months bank statements then you need to prove that from where you got that money and that money is yours.

Education loan is the D safest and most approved loan and has higher no. Of chances for visa approval.

Your 10 lacs from loan will not be counted and then you have to show some liquidity of at least 10k euros or more.
Hi brother my university fee is around 12k euros a year and lets consider 10k euros as living expense for the first year so. Lets assume i have no money in bank account or my father's bank account should we go for an education loan or education bond ? What would be best according to you

i did bussiness after i completed my bachelors … i have bussiness account they are lot of big transactions in my account like 60 k 80 k 1 lac 5 lac 8 lac … i show my balance sheet profit loss ITR enough ? those are bussiness transections can i give justification with itrs balance sheet profit and loss expenses etc like that with CA report? the amount which circulate in my account are revenue

@@letschaloireland sir I don't have bank balance to maintain 11k euros living expenses and we had other loans ongoing so we couldn't maintain so much amount in bank or show to visa officer. So if i show 11 k euros in my bank account which came before 2 months applying for visa and i gave all the proof that this money was legit and it is for my education will they accept this?

Well you can confirm from any of the agency.
Do we have to show the sources of fd amount of 10,000 euro if that is more than 6 months old?
You dont have to show the sources but the document for fd needs to the value document which states that if you withdraw the fd today you will get this amount to exactly let them know what will be the original amount which will be credited.

Very Informative video. I had a question - My funds are short by a couple of lakhs which I want to take from my brother. My agent has said that if he transfers 30-35k every alternate day to make up the deficit it would suffice and the visa officer wouldn't question it.. since the amount is not a big amount. What is your suggestion on it, is it alright to do so? I can't go the affidavit way as my brother doesn't stay with me so I can't get his signature and all. That can be done but kinda bit risky and if i say you can do ur bro signature by ur own, no one verifies. But if you don’t have any options then go with the agent.

Hi bro, thanks for the information. My sponsor doesn't have the ITR and I am planning to take the educational bond. Even after taking the educational bond, should I submit my sponsor's ITR to the embassy or is it not required as I have already taken the educational bond? Thanks in advance.
If you showing your sponsor in the visa file you have to show the itr, but if you just purchasing the bond in that case you need not to show itr having said that you not showing ur sponsor in the visa file. Education bond is a separate thing and don’t confuse yourself with visa process.
Sir mere papa mere sponsor hain aur unka maine 2 year ka itr dikhya hai aur baki sari documents dikhya hai.2 years ka itr is enough?
Yes that will not be an issue.
Also can we have the sponsor affidavit and bank statement date after visa application date but prior to appointment date.

Well I am not sure about your question but one thing I am very clear that you can’t show current account in the visa process, now how safe is your question is something debatable…and i willnot be able to answer this.

No it is not compulsory and even I didn’t showed that to embassy.

Yes if you showing only his profile as the sponsor.

Still you have to file itr if that is under your tax slab, there will not be any tax deduction but you will have your documents with you for your visa purpose and for other purposes as well.

Brother I want to know one thing, like I want to come to Ireland but in my saving account doesn't have that much of money so If I'll take education loan then the huge amount of transaction will there in my bank statement. Have a doubt regarding financials, i got sanctioned 22 laks rupees and paid 10 laks rupes as tution fee now 12 laks has disbursed. My main sponsor has 2laks in bank account and second sponsor has 70k in bank account and main sponsor is working in ireland. So is this enough to get approve the visa?
You cant show loan amount as living expenses.

There is no success or failure rate dear, it is all depends on immigration officer discretion. But as per my experience you can’t show whole living experiences from loan be it u have 2 lacs still there might be or might not be an issue.

Can we show the sale deed to show the proof of funds if huge amount got deposited in the account . Also my father got retired from indian army way back and now the pension is not sufficient to will the ITR . So if we can show just the sale deed will it work ?

All legal documents regarding the funds which will be proof that is your money. And regarding the aunty fees payment you must have affidavit stating that she owed the amount or something which needs to be attested by CA.

Well if you talk about cash dealing that needs to be submitted in the bank and show the sale deed letter following with the CA certificate stating that the money has come from sale of crops, etc etc. But you can’t show cash in the visa process.

If i am right you can’t show the shares fund but you can liquify them and keep in bank account to show that amount in visa process. Make sure to give proof of your transaction that money is yours from the investment.
Hi bro , I still have a doubt. Some of the agencies requires 6 months maturity period for the show money for visa application. Is this mandatory. If I am in a situation where I am not able to prove the maturity period for 6 months , is there any way by which I can bypass or skip this 6 months maturity period. You have to show the proof of funds by preparing CA certificate to justify that money is legally yours.

The edu loan collateral is in my mother’s name. Do I have to include her as one of the sponsor? If I have to include my mom aa sponsor what are the documents I need to include related to her. Well that No one knows but the things got verified at government level from embassy thats why police verification is also mandatory.

I am afraid you won’t be able to add them as you financial person just like that you have to place some kind of document to prove the relationship and that document needs to be official document.

Well as per my best knowledge we at least must show 2 and i have seen those profiles but 1 is very risky and have no clue what will embassy do in that case.
Well if you can show At least 10k euros for living apart from the fees payment then nothing will happen to ur profile.

I got 25 lakhs loan and i have taken 25 lakhs total amount in which i paid 12 lakhs of my clg fee completely and remaining amount is in my bank account freezed and i can use them completely once my visa get accepted now my question is i have taken total loan and i also have savings worth 5-6 lakhs in my fathers account as he is farmer and we also have crop sale market bills as proof for the amount so in total i have 25 lakhs loan + 6 lakhs in dad acc. Will that be a problem for visa as i have taken total loan amount. You need to convince the bank people to let you purchase the bond otherwise it will be very difficult to get visa, if you showing 100% of loan amount. Despite having 5-6 lacks you need to have more money as living expenses.

Tanmay the reason what officers see is Student shouldn’t come completely on loan or relying on loan which gives them the impression that you don’t have money. If you show them your savings or investments which are readily available to use will keep you in very better position. There is straight rule for this explanation i might be right or wrong but what i have seen and experienced from different students profile is what i am sharing. I hope you get what you seeking for.

Hi sir I took educational loan from HDFC credila and got sanction of 20 Lakh rupees and then i disbursed 12 lakhs rupees and paid my tuition fees to NCI around 11 lakhs. I have 1 lakh rupees remaining in bank and rest 8 lakh O didn't disbursed, sir is ot okay of I show my Education Loan sanction letter of amount 8 lakh rupees and other 4-5 lakhs as an pf or my blood relation sponsor documents. Loan can be shown as tution fees payment but not as living expenses. You have to show the required living expenses which is either mentioned over embassy website or on the offer letter from NCI. The living expenses needs to be readily available to use not fds or investments, these are extras which makes once profile stronger.

It is never about showing, you can easily manage this amount by paying the full fees from the loan amount and purchase education bond from the loan amount and rest you need to show as living proof.

Let me tell you the official visa process time which is 15-20 business working days.
The minimum amount as per embassy is between 7k euros to 10k euros, so if you saying that 2.9 lacs rs only you have showed than as per my knowledge it is not enough to get the visa. Rest is all luck dear.

Well if your husband is your guarantor then you can show the account but i will suggest you to move your money from dmat account to bank account and show the proof of the transaction.

First this you said FD, just to tell you the FD mature date needs to be round the corner then only you can show that money. Second you have to create affidavit of urself too, if you self sponsoring.

I have taken an education loan of 23 lakhs . Disbursed and Paid 10lakhs as college fee and i do have remaining 13 lakhs which is not disbursed yet . Additionally from my salary i used to transfer to my moms account which is of 4 lakhs value now , fd i have 6 lakhs in housing society but my counselor is telling fd statement from housing society is not acceptable by irish visa . Can i withdraw the fd and show that stating i ah e withdrawwd from housing society before maturity ? Or the education loan itself is enough?
Your whole education loan will not be considered for financies, what i can suggest you to take education bond and sit back and relax.

Hello brother, My Intake is sep but Im stuck in between proof of funds, I applied for 3 years bachelor's program, total tution of 3 years is around 26lakhs, for proof of funds , I have maintained 7k euros in my parents bank account from last 3 months to show the living expenses, I know its not sufficient but also I took a gold loan which is around 5 lakhs, also purchased a gold which also cost arount 5 to 6 lakhs I have all evidence like purchase of gst documents n all. Also property valuation which is 38 lakhs and I have land also its valuation is around 21 lakhs. And my education loan amount is around 15 lakhs. Its really dicy but what you can do, just purchase education bond and you will be good to go but make sure to pay the whole fees before applying.

You should have strong reason for the 5 year gap, otherwise things might not come in your favour. But i will suggest you to give it a chance and show good amount of money in a bank.

Hi Bro, what did u submit as proof of fee payment?, I am facing an issue on this as I have a covering letter from bank mentioning the details of loan (without collateral deposit) and I have fee transferred swift copy and universities confirmation of receiving the same. I have received an amount of 2500 as scholarship and paid 500 euro using credit card to confirm the seat and later remaining 12000 euro fee using the bank loan and showed only that amount in the covering letter. Do u think anything else needed.
