Depending on the state it could also be 3rd degree murder. Doing something with intent to harm that accidently resulted in death.

A 13 year old knows what he’s doing. I’m fairly young to remember stopping myself from doing some stupid stuff that would end with something bad. Like the recent 13 year old that was shot in Chicago. Dude knew that shooting guns into a neighborhood was bad and that guns are deadly, but he still did it. That’s just being a bad person. Dude’s name was literally little homicide. I wonder how he got that name. I don’t think this kid was as malicious as the one in Chicago, but throwing eggs at cars that go 70mph on the highway is ridiculous! You know that eggs will splatter on the windshield resulting in blocking the driver’s view. There have been stories of kids going to prison for throwing rocks like that and killing people. Did he not hear about them? Was he like, “uhm! I’ll just use eggs instead”. I believe that if you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. Maybe not life in prison, but at least juvenile until he’s 18 and after that being tried as an adult for even the smallest offense. You don’t just kill someone and get to live your life how you want it. He needs to have his name painted everywhere and what he did. When he wants to enroll in a school, he should have to go around and tell his classmates what he did. Just like how sex offenders have to tell their neighbors when they move there. Don’t spend too much tax payers money on him just yet. Just make him pay for what he did and hit him where it hurts. He’s probably never gonna have friends and that’s what he deserves.

From then on it was common practice to ask you buddy to borrow his wallet if you got called to the principals office, then you'd have a wallet in both your back pockets, and you wouldn't feel a thing lol.

    Long story but whatever:
When I was about 11 me and and 2 guys from my neighbourhood aged 11 and maybe 8, we were on an overpass spitting on cars. It wasn't a highway it was only a minor street, and we were only spitting.
A man pulled aggressively into the parking lot of the church down the hill, getting out of the car and screaming at us telling us to jump off the over pass and break our legs. We laughed him off but 5 or 10 minutes later he came speeding up the overpass and halted to a stop.
He got out and started chasing me and the 8 yr old down the side of the overpass. (11 year old ran the opposite direction) He grabbed me by the neck and we proceed to tumble down the hill and he grabs the boy. He pinned me and him down and proceeded to scream in our faces about how he used to do this kind of thing and not to do it essentially.
We never told anyone because we thought we would get in trouble but we maybe should've thinking back on it as an adult.
