Man, I truly have to thank you for this video! Because of you I bought the Nidecker Rift and I truly love those boots and as you said if you change the sole it feels way better. Thanks a lot for these advices! :D

love how light snowboard boots are now without having a full rubber sole!

Bought it in the end of February. By the beginning of April I sprained my ankle because it became a noodle. Will never buy it again, not durable enough in my opinion

Maybe these boots were made with the FLOW bindings in mind. I used to ride the Flow NX2’s, paired with Nitro club boa boots. I found that the rubber sole provided too much grip when stepping in the binding, and I would often get hung up and fighting to get the boot fully seated in…defeating the purpose of the Flows easy entry. Maybe the EVA foam sole would slide into the Flow bindings without any hang ups. Just a thought.

Great boot, so right about sole. Blew out by end of 1 season. Probly 40-50 days of solid riding though. I would still get this boot, just wish the sole was updated.

Thanks for your take. Yeah if they just added more rubber it would really complete this boot.
