Sound interference spoils film. Strange irritating constant repetitive background noise. It is potentially an excellent film. I stopped watching after 10 mins.
Who would have thought the guy playing the lead villain in this Steven Seagal actioner could end up as one half of the greatest Sci-Fi comedic duos of all time (even with a stony face and serious demeanor)?

This is a classic maybe my favorite movie from Seagal, except for that annoying background music and Zooming in which isn't part of the original film.
I had to leave the room when my husband insisted on watching this! The over-dubbed "music" and occasional drum beats made my head want to explode. Also, the cutting and pasting of scenes was seriously sad and choppy. Pay to watch this movie if you have to, but don't watch this abomination!

i grew up watching Segal movies and this one is no different but make no mistake about this one!..the main attraction in this movie is Erica and her PERFECT MOUTH-WATERING GIRLS!!!..especially when she pops out of the cake👅👅 a taste of each! what a dream come true that would be!!

Feels a bit like Cannonball run. But 16 inch cannonballs... Nice to see a Battleship (and the highscool battleship sets) in action & full of people. Usually only Curators (though excellent such), in Iowa-class videos these days.. And featuring an actual president. And a great president, that was.. As a Swede, i mostly saw H.W. satirized in every episode of SNL. He did not deserve that special treatment... His son would have, perhaps. I have to look up some W. Bush SNL:s... Just did. What convoluted. Like trying to read The Pickwick Papers.
That was one BAD version of this movie.
I was a huge fan of Segal in the 80's and 90's.
Couldn't wait to rent his latest VCR tape from Blockbuster.
I still enjoy his early movies, such as this one.
Unfortunately, his ego and physical girth both grew too big for his and our own good.
No studio would hire him. He has been forced to finance his own productions.
By the 2,000.s, his fight scenes were edited to hide
his diminishing physical abilities and became laughably unwatchable.
His unnecessary and gratuitous love scenes with women a third his age were cringe worthy and creepy.
And his evolution to a self-styled cross between Chuck Norris and Clint Eastwood is tragically laughable.
Excellent movie, however, thumbs down due to incomplete picture quality. After 2:26, I couldn't watch it any longer. So don't waste your time. Find a different venue.

I don't watch movies to listen to music. And I've heard some say Steven Segal was a horrible actor. And I really don't give a rat's ass about that. Cause I know you will have a real hard time finding anyone that can kick ass better than Segal. I've heard about his style and his ability to use the momentum of an attacker to kick their butts. Very smooth and effective. Kick ass.
The sound seems to have been recorded in front of a TV picking up all the background noises as well, spoiling the film, I just hope it gets better. Plus all the zooming in and out all the time.....gave up.

A young Steven Seagal and Tommy Lee Jones were brilliant in this warship episode involving the warship USS Missouri during the second World War and a gang terrorists headed by Jones and working with a rogue naval officer to steal missiles from the ship...excellent piece of acting
