PS I was wondering if you could start making famous deserts from around the world like Shrikhand, Rasgulla, Mochi, Sikhye, etc.
I cooked this mousse cake. Everyone liked it very much. The consistency turned out softer then in the video, because it depends on properties of the gelatine. I have garnished it with raspberries and it was really perfect. Thanks Nino for this easy and class recipe 👍🏻😘

So I cannot believe I actually made this!! I only had a spring-form and it's twice as big as your cylinder so I doubled the recipe!! I used a plant-based strawberry jello to replace gelatin and man did it take this dish to the next level. The richness of the chocolate against the sweet tartness of the strawberry was a perfect combination! I'm going to try this again tonight except I'll use more oreos for the crust and I might just reduce the milk and increase the jello. Thank you for this recipe!!! Arigatou gozaimasu!

I made this last night for my family...only I switched to Ruby chocolate et paired it with Burnt caramel praline as garnish et a dark cacao biscuit base as Oreos are too sweet for our palette.The texture is brilliant et smooth and yogurt paired well with the Ruby chocolat just the right amount of tartness.It was polished off within a few moments of serving.Thank you for sharing.✨️😇 P.S.love the fact that barring the 15gm there's absolutely no sugar or sugar alternative et yet so delish.

Haveing to look in every nook and cranny for something that we may not even have.... ain't live just beautiful?
