Thank you David, i bought your 50+ template last year and currently using the Mon-Fri gantt. It’s really helpful for me. I bought this cuz I appreciated your help during my prep for PMP. Need more products from you! Would happily support, who am I kidding? It’s super helpful for me!
Thank you so much for your videos… ALL of which are super useful, informative, clear & easy to follow. I appreciate all the effort & time you put into them, as well as sharing with us. Thank you! 🙌🏼🌟
Hello David, I just passed my PMP exam and a big thanks goes to your videos. You have been my teacher in this journey. Thank you so much. You are doing a great job for many aspirants like me. God bless you and your work always🙏🏻🙏🏻.
Hi, I just wanted to say how much help your videos have been to me and how much I've learnt so far. Thank you very much for making these videos. God bless you. I just have a question if there is a Gantt chart that has a weekly progress instead of daily I would be so thankful if you could direct me to it. Again thanks a lot. 🙏🏻
Hi David. I used to reference your PMP mindset video every other week to keep my mindset in the right place as I prepare for my exam. However, I now can't seem to find that video anymore. It was so helpful and such a great resource. Was it taken down?
Hei there, this turtorial is so good, however some of the formulars are not working for me, specificlly the diamond is not working. Do you have any idea why that might be?
I only have 1 real question/concern......The 'percent done' you use in your videos is always an arbitrary value up to whoever edits the pages interpretation (when used in practice). It's not based off any real completion criteria. I'd say this is really just a limitation in excel. However, I think the workaround is (because in my line of work, I'll have ten major tasks with 5 subtasks under each major) the major task completion would be [# subtask completed / 5] = % complete of the major task. This would work as long as the "completed" criteria for the minor tasks is just a 100% if status is Complete, or 0% if status is else. I believe in doing that you'll remove the "guestimation" out of it and make it more scalable to feed into a multiproject chart / report and not just 1 project with only major tasks. In typing this it's also made me realize there's an opening for improvement to highlight target vs actual start compared to end days in an effort to highlight how task #3 may block and change task #4's dates. Not trying to overcomplicate, just word vomiting's thoughts.
Can we have some help with the 'percentage complete' formula please, not working for myself, and others, please, in the video 'How to Make the BEST Gantt Chart in Excel (looks like Microsoft Project!). Thanks!
Good day Dave, I hope you're doing fine. May I know if you course will be available on Udemy for business, sometime in the near future ? I'd like to enrol soon, and it does not seem to be present on Udemy for Business.
Hi, Can i ask u a question? i have 6 factors, including total government(import duties, indirect taxes, subsidies, company taxes), Banks, external effects, labour rent, land owner, City Council. How to calculate Total Social Benefits?
Pricing on your website is shady, said it was 18 bucks for the courses. Took a few hours to think about it and go to make the purchase and the price jumped up. Per conversation with the Udemy AI on your site, they participate in Dynamic pricing. I have reported you and Udemy in two separate complaints to the BBB. Scam tactics.
It is my course, but sold on Udemy. I have no control over those pricing changes sadly, apart from setting the original price ($35 USD I think) which is still insanely low for what you get. If $35 is too high, try a bootcamp instead ($1,200 or more)

Hi! Is there a way to add milestones to the end Testing date and end Development date?

It was, but I'm working on another one 😊 Just need to finish the ACP updates first. Won't be too long 😊
@davidmclachlanproject Great ! Thank you so much. You are God sent.
