David, your videos and explanations ate so powerful. I watched your waterfall, agile and PMP full length videos for around 10 days regularly and passed my PMP exam last weekend! Thank you so much!!!
Hi David, your videos are amazing and your attitude makes all the difference. Thanks for taking the time and effort to share this publicly with everyone, it really is precious. I will recommend your materials to my collegues. I passed my exam yesterday and your videos played a big role in that. Thanks again, Sir!
Thank you so much for the explanation. Quick question - can it be that the axis is confused there? It looks like Benefit should be vertical Y axis and Cost should be X or am I missing something?
You can increase the table to any size you like, but the chart might get a bit crowded if too many are in there 🙂 Actually, you could increase the chart size too.
You know what - they did! Darn it 😂 It should be benefit on the side and cost down the bottom. Luckily an easy change for those playing along at home 🙂 This gives us Must Haves with low cost and high benefit.
Oh great question. In that case we can look at additional, less tangible ways to prioritize, e.g. which one is faster to deliver? Are there any cross-market benefits with other products or departments? Any improved brand awareness? Improved customer reviews? Improved ease of use, or ease of manufacture? Or, the Product Owner or Sponsor may just like one better than another 😁
@@davidmclachlanproject from a chart formatting perspective, if 2 features have the same cost and benefits they'll overlap. I'm currently trying to work around this.
@@davidmclachlanprojectisn’t it possible to show the feature names below eachother instead of overlapping when they have the same cost and benefit? Thx!
Hi david can you help me plz with this question Which of the following statements about slack time and milestones are true? 1. A milestone requires resource allocation and needs time to be completed. Option A : 1 and 4 only Option B : 2 and 3 only Option C : 1, 2, and 3 only Option D : 1, 2, 3, and 4

8:28 - Hi David. Great video, as always. Just had a quick question - did the chart titles happen to get mixed up? Or am i missing something?
You know what - they did! Darn it 😂 It should be benefit on the side and cost down the bottom.

Wonderful
Great example! Only one thing is not covered. What if two features have the same cost and benefits?

It is option D I suppose.
