if i remember correctly, their ships are also made to be able to engane multile times consecutively, either way, its an amazing mod, EW eagle and Eustache are my fav ships from this mod, too useful
I just want to say thank you for having these mod showcases. SS modders arent very keen on expounding on their mods as an incentive for you to try out their mod, keep it up.
The best ship from MVS in my pov is an armoured tanker. Through very slow but durable and versatile against the enemy at the front. It fit quite well with other moded weapons and ships.
Always added MVS to my game. Never bothered to interact with the faction since I'm always waging war against Luddic Path & Hegemony. Wanna try showcasing the UC Gundam mod? So far nobody tried showcasing it. 2 Factions in 1 mod. EFSF & ZEON.
I bringed the fucking hell on Tri-Tachyon once, MVS attacked one of their market and I supported them with my Diable Avionics Fleet (I didn't had my Rosenritter one available), so much missiles at the same time no PDs would have protected them and Wanzers added another layer to their agony
If you play Vanilla yes, if you play full modded with many faction not really (I play myself with Diable Avionics, Thalan Shipwork (so Kassadar and the Rosenritter fleet for me) Scy nation, Scallartech, Legio Infernalis, Outer Rim Alliance the FTL Federation and 2-3 others like Luddic path enhancement, some works Wonder against certains but are hard counterd by others so in the end it pretty ballence itself)
not as bad as it seems, while they have good flux stats and armour, they almost entirely lack good armour-cracking weapons. They have some HE weapons, but even so they do very little damage, and need lots of sustained fire to crack anything over heavy destroyer grade

This mod and United Aura Federation are definitely the best faction mods in my opinion.

my favourite is its arma armatura addon. you dont even need to slap any weapon on it as the built in is more than enough.
