Thank you I had this question on if I could shorten my leads yesterday and did not know what I should do
I wasted a few before I started to precrimp. I want to also mention you need to put the ends on in the same orientation for all 3 wires so you do not have to rotate each wire to clip into the plastic piece.

Hey wuz up I just got back into RC. I have a question I’m using a Protek servo and Reedy ESC with a sanwa m17 transmitter. Do I have to modify or reconfigure plugs that go into the receiver or is everything compatible now? Thanks
That is a really overlooked portion of building an rc car. You can tell almost nobody does this by looking at their cars and you see a giant bundle of wire zip tied or something like that. Just looks 100% better when your wires are only as long as they need to be. And actually has less resistance if it is shorter.
