I usually make my play alongs and tutorials as true to the original tracks as possible so that it sounds like the song. I did make a video on how to slow down or speed up any UA-cam video so that my subscribers could change the speed of the song to their liking to fit their level. It’s a really great way of teaching, thank you 🙏🏼 I love this song and my plan is to learn it. Recently I have started ukulele lessons as a new hobby It’s interesting how the fingers can stay on the cords, my ones have to relax more definitely 😅 I love to practice it though.
So I'm already fairly familiar with ukulele but I love how she's showing which fingers to use so you can transition between chords quickly. That's one of the hardest parts for a beginner and not often explained in tutorials, so it's cool to see!

If you have trouble playing the D7, I find that an easier way to play the scat part is C, G, Am, G, F, D. It fits and sounds really good that way.
Just got my ukulele yesterday! I'm a guitarist, so this was easy for me but this really helped me learning some basic chords in the ukulele. Thank you sooo muccchhhh!!! Much love ❤

Thank you, and I'm glad that you appreciated the extra effort that I put in to make it sound like the song. I always try to go for accuracy. Sometimes an easier version is easier to learn, but it doesn't sound like the song at all.

Thank you :). I really appreciate it. I have a subscriber that must be on my notifications that gives me a thumbs down for every video that they don't like. I figured it was someone on my notification squad because they hit the thumbs down within minutes of me uploading. It just shows that this person is immature and petty because they're not "getting what they want" instead of requesting something specific. I can't read their minds, so I just look at the majority of what people like. At the end of the day, it doesn't hurt my channel. UA-cam promotes channels that people watch (for good or bad reasons). I appreciate your positivity, and it speaks volumes about who you are as a person. Thank you for being here.

Like you said, I’m sure its just someone who is either very petty or doesn’t take the time to request what they want and automatically puts a dislike on your video. Just practicing on my bass, then on my concert and baritone ukuleles. Sunday I will be trying once again to teach 3 nine year old students and one seven year old student to play the ukulele. The one boy is So very focused and it is obvious that he Really practices. The three girls are starting to get the idea too though.
That can be challenging. Some students really work hard at their instruments, and others want to learn but don't put forth the effort. I hope all goes well.
