Hi Mayur sir, how are you, need suggestion on two topics.
1.recently visited a shop just to show my family the fish type which we are planning to keep. shop keeper is insisting a lot to buy china tank instead of glass tank and says silicon now a days wont last long where as china tank has no issues for 10 years. but as we observe the water kept in the plastic tank will loose it properties and becomes more thick and similar to plastic example when we drink water from hot plastic bottle we feel water is also plastic taste. so i though glass will not affect water properties except transferring only temperature which is good for fish well being. please share your thoughs on this topic sir. if possible a short reel will also do. i think the day is not too far where we see all glass aquariums are replaced by plastic box which has no edges to seal as it is similar to our kids plastic lunch box.....
2. not everbody knows the chemistry and chemical reaction inside the aquarium like ammonia nitrate etc. how to get rid of these chemicals incase the bacteria is not working properly. any alternative which can break the chemicals which is harmful fir fish like sand from river and diy activated carbon things like that which can help many says money plant and lucky bamboo keeps nitrogenin control. this is a repeated question excuse me for this ......

Sir I’m from Kolkata now I’m 28 , I started fish keeping from the age of 7 yr . I learned so many things after doing so many mistakes because on that time there are not much information available on the internet even we don’t have access to it . But sir pichle Khuch salose I’m observing lifespan of some kind of fish are decreasing like flowerhorn, betta, neon tetra, are more disease prone than before even on good quality food and control environment . In 2008 I bought 2 flowerhorn they thrive using only live food like shrimp bloodworms one of them passed away in the year of 2014 And other on 2016 but after that I & my friends tried to keep so many flowerhorn but all of the fish have same problem ( too much stressed) and they can’t last after 2 years even having good quality foods like hikari now again after 2018 I bought a flowerhorn few weeks before giving him lifeayu flowerhorn mini with nutro fit plush and I already have a water conditioner of Aqua-nature branded which also includes stress relax but same problem sir that fish is too much scared of any small activity after a week nothing changed I think it’s always not all about feed or good condition on recent times too much interbreeding also effects our hobby
You are Right and Wrong, Your fish is stressed also because of the water quality or parameters, is the conditioner good for the fish, does it have cemicals, are you feeding the right quantity, are you irritating the fish all the time ????????

Sir mai Sunday ko 12 guppy fish laya tha sab kuch acche se set tha Pani check ke liye thermometer bhi 26 pe tha,good bacteria bhi api ka alag se add Kiya tha api ki bio media bhi tha khana bhi api ka top ka tha baki sare product api ka hi use karta hu and sunken garden ka guppy water conditioner bhi use karta hu but still abhi 1 fish mar gya ab kya galat kar rha hu mai isse jada toh mujhe knowledge nhi hai. Can we use life aayuh red fish food which is marked expired.
See i only found it at green Aqua delhi in ofline soo he said that it is dried food soo it is okay it wont become bad . And the company just puts the expiry date due to govt. Norms n all and he convinced me to buy the life aayuh red small fish food which was marked expired in march 2024. Is it still safe to feed it to my fish? If not please take an action on him to sell expired food of your brand. And try to have more offline availability as many of us can't pay in online modes

Separate the fish, that is the best or get a bigger tank with more hiding spaces, also importantly feed good quality food and change the layout of the tank
