      I had only created this because they needed to see a video of the issue as a part of the RMA process. I chose to get a refund instead of a replacement, but their customer service was top-notch.

    The same thing happened to me I have a model S-8 Astroai , I charged it then put it in my car for a month thought I better recharge but it won’t charge, emailed Astroai haven’t heard back

      They’ll respond. Their customer service was my only good experience with the product. I only created this video because they asked me to provide footage of the issue. They offered a replacement, but I requested a refund instead (which they honored).

      Yes they have responded to my email and requested a video of the problem which I just sent, thanks for your help ..!!
