I remember when I watched this video and many people complainded about Dio losing, but Touhou characters are really OP.

Just some explanations to who Sakuya is:
She is a character from Touhou Project which is a series of bullet hell shooters and fighting games that has been going on since 1996. They have about 20+ titles now. It's about this world that was sealed out of existence and is considered fantasy and all the things that we deem as "fantasy" end up in this world. And there things like immortals, gods, monsters, demons and other things exist. One thing to know is that everyone is ridiculously overpowered. So in order to stop everyone from killing each other and breaking everything they made rules which only allows them to fight using shiny, non-lethal bullet rain that they try to dodge.
Like Dio she can stop time, but she can do it a lot better. Dio has a certain limit to his time stop which is a few seconds, but Sakuya can do it for as long has she has the energy to do so, and she cleans an entire mansion that has a library with infinite space inside. The mansion itself is huge too. She uses her time powers to do this. And it's not just stopping, she can also compress, speed up, slow, erase and basically manipulate time. Though she can't time travel and she avoids reversing time since it takes up too much energy.
As to how dio should just live since he's a vampire and stuff, well that's the thing. Sakuya is said to be an ex-vampire hunter. Though she now serves a vampire as a maid(and this vampire is literally why they made the rules to not kill each other), but knowing this we know that she has some knowledge against vampires, like her knives for example, are made of silver.

Jose Segura and so are the vampires from touhou. Heck they don't die from sunlight. They only get weak.

Time manipulation, petrification and stuff). Their kid would op as hell, add in surviving galaxy busting attack yeah. He's not really weak when compared to tohou's verse.

The fight would be more fair if it was: Dio that ascended heaven vs her( cuz Touhou is too op for jjba so TWOH is closer to powers of Touhou.

the fight would be an endless back and forth due to the infinite freedom of time manipulation (other than reversing it) and the infinite freedom to alter reality lel.
sir, actually... do you know that sakuya is actually (i think?) 50-70% of her power is actually handicapped because of the spellcards rules... she's only allowed to use 30-40%+ of her full power...
she can stop time indefinitely, manipulate time, speed up time, slow down time, call an alternate version of herself in another timelines to help her, make past or present or future to exist at the same time, rewind time and even erasing time itself... you can google all of her abilities to be sure... all touhou characters are like godlike creatures with extreme limiter... and that is the spellcard rules...
I know im late as hell for this, so nobody will really see it, but i can relate to having the tired eyes, im always up till 2 am atleast binge watching stuff.

DON'T REACT TO MARISA VS FLANDRE. This fight is purely a *bullet hell* fight. There is no close-quarters combat or conventional/normal style of fighting. I can guarantee someone like you would not enjoy it. This goes for all of MinusT's fights
