Tower 2 has not been built yet. The Port Authority & Larry Silverstein really should rethink the design for the second tower & make it identical as the One World Trade Center building (without the spire) & call it Two World Trade Center. That would satisfy a lot of New Yorkers who really wanted the original twin WTC towers rebuilt, only stronger & at 111 stories.
