You said in the beginning that there were no pedestrian crosswalks on the malecon but you must have seen them during your travels. Easy fix. Gran Aquario opens at 10:00. You said noon and even discussed it. But, you should have noticed your error when you went. Again, easy fix. More things like that. So, overall a B- to me.
