wishlist: for me and for many others I know, the English word should come first as its very confusing when backwards. secondly it would be of greater help to repeat the word we a trying to learn and at a slower pace at that. It is also to fast however slowing down to 0.75 helps with this

Are savoir and connaître identical in meaning? I though savoir is used to describe knowledge of a fact, while connaître is used to describe familiarity with a person. Is this wrong? Thanks for the helpful list.
