check out battleborn reborn. You can play against bots for now. More features (notably PVP) are being worked on. You do need the game though, of course

i never got to play it because it wasn’t on Playstation. I was playing Battleborn but i kept an eye out for Gigantic because it looked amazing.
When i saw Gigantic re-released i bought it so fast to support more games like this. Partially hoping Battleborn could be revived too

I think Helldivers did something great, at least, Showed that co-op games are not only not dead but still totally viable. I'm sure we'll see more competitors soon.

Very deep character mix, fast paced gameplay and terrific colorful designs imo. But, the grind is real, and the combat and animation need polish.
