I am a Realtor. If he is acting as a real estate agent without a license (or a license that’s in escrow) that illegal. He would not be allowed to be an active Realtor because NAR prohibits Realtors from having any hate speech in their social media. Melendez has nothing but hate speech. It is illegal for an agent to give money for referrals from non agents or to take payment from anyone except their broker agency(respa).Any Realtor would be embarrassed to have him in the association. No one would want someone who drinks, especially to his level, involved in their real estate purchases.

I'm starting to think that John's nose wiping and lack of preparation are consciously the format of his "show".
All the various forms of stalling eat up a lot of time.
Before you know it, two hours have ticked away, and John has only said four complete sentences.
