I've watched several of these conversion tutorials, and I prefer yours over every other I've bothered to watch. The finished affect is much more attractive and polished than just stretching and sewing it back on. The overlapping you do avoids gaping making it look over stretched and worn out. This is the best video! It's still confusing to actually do it. I suggest practicing on some old tshirts before you do it to a new shirt.
