Use dull face satin instead.velvet will stress you when you want to place your bias

Please did you add the 13inches to your biggest part of measurement before dividing by 4 or you divided your hip before adding 13inches for allowance

If u hip is 34 add extra 13 inches don't divide before adding

You don't remove zipper bulge.
Always remove one or half inch on the half length that's your waist line

You can minus 6 inches from your hip measurement the remaining divide it by 4 and place it on your knee,from knee rule it down .for me I rule it straight down from my hip because I wanted it to be free at the down part
