I recommend MizoreYukii's stand still in CAS mod if you're on PC. It just makes the occults move like normal sims so you can get a bit of movement from them.
if you make shell cottage, where fleur and bill live / lived, you could move dobbie in there as a ghost because he was burried near there. or is that too sad?

The face when those genetics were mixed 😭 I’ve been having the same issue is CAS, I go to edit a hairstyle or makeup for a different outfit and I’m zoomed right up close in the edit facial details, teensy bit annoying that i keep accidentally distorting a sims face when all i wanted to do was change the colour of their lippie
