I don't know if you covered this (I'm only 10 minutes in lol) but the Gilmore Girls house specifically would be impossible to replicate 100% because in the show they used the back of the house for Suki's house. That's why the house looks so much bigger on the outside and it looks like Rory's room should be upstairs - it was basically just half a house. This is INSTANTLY recognizable (at least so far lol) and it looks so beautiful!

I absolutely love gilmore girls and love this build you did so amazing. Also to answer your question about paul anka he comes around in season 6 when Rory and Lorelai have the major fight and Rory drops out of Yale. Lorelai gets paul anka to fill the void of not having Rory around.

I'm a diehard Gilmore Girls fan!!! For me, being raised by a single mom is very relevant to me, and seeing how much harder these moms work for their kids is amazing. There's a Rory Gilmore reading challenge that has been going on for a while, and it's got some of the books and/or authors that are either shown or mentioned in the show. I will say that there are quite a few different houses that would be interesting to see in the Sims world. Have you ever thought of building Babette's house?

Another accurate thing to have in Lorelai's garage would have been Luke's father's boat-that fight was a big one... 🤣 Paul Anka was a rather late addition! He was adopted when Rory was in university! Also, I think there are some scenes from the downstairs bathroom when Paris and Rory are in Stars Hollow for vacation, and Rory gets drunk because she's on bad terms with Logan. It's the same episode with the iconic scene of Paris barefoot in the street, asking for change to use a public phone, 😂 I think Luke was helping Taylor remodel the place as a museum in that episode... or maybe it was the grand opening, and the girls get drunk on punch. I might be wrong, but I think Lorelai's home facade actually belongs to Sookie's home. They made an inside joke about this in one episode, where someone goes down a side street between bushes, as if circling the house, and said something like she took a shortcut between the two properties, 🤣 Luke's is connected to Taylor's soda shop, and the grocery store is diagonal from the main park. Lane's house is on the other corner, but I can't remember what's on the fourth. Nearby, there should be a record store (where Lane practices drums for a while). Gilmore Girls is a classic autumnal series, indeed! I've been watching it once every two years since 2015. You've created an issue in my brain right now because I'm in Argentina, and we're starting spring here, but you totally put me in the Gilmore Girls autumn marathon vibe, I cannot live without Paris. 😅 We definitely need a Stars Hollow save file! Lane's house and the Dragonfly Inn will be such a vibe! Emily & Richard's home will be a great building too, I know they don't live in Stars Hollow, but still iconic! I cannot wait to see the next video of this serie! 🥰

Gilmore Girls has always been a huge staple for me, but even moreso after becoming a mother myself. When I was a teen I loved the Rory romances and storyline, and as a mother now I love the storylines of Lorelai and her mother. I can’t even describe why it is so comforting to watch other than the fictional location is just so perfect in every single way, how the townspeople feel like one big family, especially because they don’t always get along. So many relatable characters, characters who seem like other people in my life that I can relate to in that way.. there’s so much. Lorelai and Rory eat in a way that I think every American woman wishes they could eat. Processed junk 24/7 and eating at diners and Chinese takeout, copious amounts of coffee… even though we know we can’t or we’ll all be insanely obese, lol!
everything you said is SO relatable! the show just feels like such a safe space to escape to. i want to live in Stars Hollow so badly, i can't even describe it and it makes me so sad to think that it's not actually possible! there are so many interesting layers to the relationships in this show, i just love it so much. 🫶
Dutch/German here 👋🏻 I grew up watching Gilmore Girls on tv when I was 10 years old with my mom :) so yeah we did in fact have it on tv in Europe and later on dvd and now of course I watch it on Netflix lol.
Love your version of the Gilmore Girls House so much and a big fan of the show too. I first watched it when I was closer to Rory's age and of course I saw everything from her point of view and then rewatched it when I was closer to Lorelei's age and saw everything from her perspective and it is my go to binge watching show especially when the weather gets cooler and I can't wait to watch it with my own daughter when she is older. Also I did try to make Luke's Diner for a collab a while back and I had great fun doing it.

Loved this show so much when it first aired that I named my first child Loralei. (I did spell it differently) I still watch it all the time, it’s like comfort food. You might be able to build a school also. Stars hallow high or Chilton Academy. You did a phenomenal job!
I always comment before I finish watching, but love this! It was on TV in Sweden around the same time as it aired in the States, so been watching in for like 15 years 😊 I love that my family watched in on TV and now I can watch it with friends! I am the same with Lorelai and caffeine 😁
I remember in at least one episode, maybe when Max has stayed over, Lorelai pours coffee from a machine next to the stove top. But it's also possible that it moves season-to-season! I need to rewatch even though it's spring time for me...
I watched Gilmore Girls back then when it aired for the first time on TV in Germany. Funnily, my family and I have started a rewatch just three weeks ago. My sister and I visit our parents every friday and now every week we enjoy an episode to our coffee - even my good old dad. :D Your build is beautiful! The first time I watched the whole series was when we'd just gone through the big earthquake in Christchurch NZ in 2011 and it became my escape when everything else was chaos! It's my absolute favourite, have watched it fully at least twice, and probably almost fully three times! I love your build, it's amazing!! How I want to watch Gilmore girls again 😅

Connecticut native here and I love the build. One thing about New England homes is a second floor is always a mystery. There tends to be large storage rooms that make no sense now. They’re not big enough for a bedroom and plumbing wouldn’t have always been brought up. So you get random storage rooms.
I have only watched different episodes. Never all in a row. I have been thinking about watching it start to finish. I love the town and home. This is an awesome build.

I started watching Gimmore Grils with my mom and grandma (who is no longer with us) when it first aired on TV. It was on Tuesday nights at 7 pm and we watched it every week. I think I was maybe 7 or 8 when it first came on. Now, I am 30 years old, and I am in constant re-watches because it is my comfort show. You did AMAZING with the build!!! Little things like Luke's tool box, the monkey lamp, etc. maybe me so happy to see. You clearly put in so much time, work, and care to make it as accurate as possible. I've never wathced your videos but I totally will now! You were so nice to watch, and made me feel I was just watching a friend. My husband and I just started rewatching Gilmore girls! What a fun build. Now I want to build the gardener's shed where Lorelie and Rory first lived when they came to Stars Hollow. I think it's only shown in one ep, but it would be such a fun tiny home.
You did so good! Gilmore Girls is one of my favorites! I grew up watching the show! It’s one of my comfort shows & one of my background shows! The outside of the house is so iconic and you got it perfect. I feel like the bedrooms were always changing so it’s hard to get those anyways, I think you did fantastic with it being a set. The upstairs we hardly ever saw, so that would be hard to replicate. I remember the piano but barely as well lol. I think it was perfect, the cluttering was to even Lorelei’s perfection lol! ❤ I would also love to see the town square!

I do think the door downstairs is for a closet, but there also has to be s bathroom somewhere..don't know how that works exactly, haha.😅 But you solved it in a smart way!!❤
I knew I was pregnant with my last daughter when I could only watch GG on repeat 😂 with my oldest daughter, I had to watch Pitch Perfect every day... I craved watching them like I craved food. It was weird AF. GG has been a comfort show since it first aired and I watched it with my mom 🥺🖤 we watched the revival together, too

You did an excellent job! It's really hard building tv show homes in TS4. My only recommendation is adding a wedding arch at the front. Luke makes one for Lorealie when she and Max were getting married.
I built this house waayyyy back in 2015 and still think it came out great. I love this build too but the only thing I disagree with is that they are NOT messy. Not even a little bit. They would never have empty pizza boxes hanging around, they'd be in the fridge if there was still pizza in them, otherwise she threw them away. The coffee maker IS over by the stove. And the porch is wrapped around the house from the front all the way to the back by the kitchen door, and to the right of the kitchen door when you're going outside is where the washer and drier are...and it is covered but not completely walled in. I love this show, this is the show I go to when I'm upset or my anxiety is out of control...which happens a lot. I lost my mom back in January so I watched GG twice all the way through AYITL as well. I've seen this show from episode 1 to the last episode of season 7 so many times I lost count. It IS a show to watch in the fall but I've watched it in the summer if I needed to. I love it, I love the characters, I love everything about it. I gotta say, however, that I honestly do not remember a piano ever being in the house and now I've gotta go back and watch the first episode. I can't believe I never noticed it considering I've seen it no less than 20 times. Anyway, great job on this build, it's as accurate as you can get in TS4.

Catching Gilmore Girls on Dutch tv was kinda hard. It reminds me of Charmed where it was always on an inconvenient time and you never knew when there was going to be a new seaon or a rerun.

Love this, and I didn't know this was such a widespread phenomenon to watch it during fall! I watched Gilmore Girls when it aired on tv back in the day, I was Rory's age and could relate because I also had a single mom and we would watch it together. It was the first and only dvd series I've bought as the series kept airing so I had to wait for the releases of each season both on tv and on dvd. I would rewatch it Soo many times, especially during fall. I really enjoy fall, and coffee, thanks to Gilmore Girls. And it's nice because I legally own my own copy of the entire series without a streaming service attached or internet connection needed. DVD players and DVDs should still be a thing, y'all ! Last year I introduced my fiance to the series, and we watched all of it, he also enjoyed it. But the new series that came a couple of years ago was a miss, I won't rewatch that, so disappointing how the characters turned out, especially Rory...

Your build is crazy good! I loved it!! :D The only things I would change is the phone on the table by the stairs (leading to the hallway) instead of on the mantalpiece and add shelves on top of the dresser on the left wall of Rory's room. Oh and add a tree on the left side of the house! Appart from that, it's amazing!! I would love to see you do other places like Luke's Dinner, Kim's Antics, Emily and Richard's house, but specially the Dragonfly Inn!! ❤
Really this is pretty accurate, especially first floor. But i guess they have round table on the porch by the kitchen doors. And few times it was shown that bathroom entry on the second floor was on the other side of stairs, not from Lorelai bedroom. But I think you did great and pretty accurate building
that's a lovely build! I tried recreating this house some time ago, but ultimately I gave up, because of the inaccuracies with the upstairs and all the mysteries in the house😅. I love your interpretation of it, though❤❤

Lorelai and Rory eat in a way that I think every American woman wishes they could eat. Processed junk 24/7 and eating at diners and Chinese takeout, copious amounts of coffee… even though we know we can’t or we’ll all be insanely obese, lol!
everything you said is SO relatable! the show just feels like such a safe space to escape to. i want to live in Stars Hollow so badly, i can't even describe it and it makes me so sad to think that it's not actually possible! there are so many interesting layers to the relationships in this show, i just love it so much. 🫶
Dutch/German here 👋🏻 I grew up watching Gilmore Girls on tv when I was 10 years old with my mom :) so yeah we did in fact have it on tv in Europe and later on dvd and now of course I watch it on Netflix lol.

Love your version of the Gilmore Girls House so much and a big fan of the show too. I first watched it when I was closer to Rory's age and of course I saw everything from her point of view and then rewatched it when I was closer to Lorelei's age and saw everything from her perspective and it is my go to binge watching show especially when the weather gets cooler and I can't wait to watch it with my own daughter when she is older. Also I did try to make Luke's Diner for a collab a while back and I had great fun doing it.
isn't that just the beauty of this show? no matter what season of life you're in, there will be a Gilmore girl for you to relate to. i absolutely love it! and watching it with your daughter, that's so incredibly sweet and wholesome! 💗

Loved this show so much when it first aired that I named my first child Loralei. (I did spell it differently) I still watch it all the time, it’s like comfort food. You might be able to build a school also. Stars hallow high or Chilton Academy. You did a phenomenal job!
I always comment before I finish watching, but love this! It was on TV in Sweden around the same time as it aired in the States, so been watching in for like 15 years 😊 I love that my family watched in on TV and now I can watch it with friends! I am the same with Lorelai and caffeine 😁

I imagine the back porch room might have basement stairs since they live in New England and we have basements. Then the laundry could be down there!

I watched Gilmore Girls back then when it aired for the first time on TV in Germany. Funnily, my family and I have started a rewatch just three weeks ago. My sister and I visit our parents every friday and now every week we enjoy an episode to our coffee - even my good old dad. :D Your build is beautiful! The first time I watched the whole series was when we'd just gone through the big earthquake in Christchurch NZ in 2011 and it became my escape when everything else was chaos! It's my absolute favourite, have watched it fully at least twice, and probably almost fully three times! I love your build, it's amazing!! How I want to watch Gilmore girls again 😅

Connecticut native here and I love the build. One thing about New England homes is a second floor is always a mystery. There tends to be large storage rooms that make no sense now. They’re not big enough for a bedroom and plumbing wouldn’t have always been brought up. So you get random storage rooms.
I have only watched different episodes. Never all in a row. I have been thinking about watching it start to finish. I love the town and home. This is an awesome build.

I started watching Gimmore Grils with my mom and grandma (who is no longer with us) when it first aired on TV. It was on Tuesday nights at 7 pm and we watched it every week. I think I was maybe 7 or 8 when it first came on. Now, I am 30 years old, and I am in constant re-watches because it is my comfort show. You did AMAZING with the build!!! Little things like Luke's tool box, the monkey lamp, etc. maybe me so happy to see. You clearly put in so much time, work, and care to make it as accurate as possible. I've never wathced your videos but I totally will now! You were so nice to watch, and made me feel I was just watching a friend. I hope you are dong well and I also very much hope you do more Gilmore builds. Great job, really!

My husband and I just started rewatching Gilmore girls! What a fun build. Now I want to build the gardener's shed where Lorelie and Rory first lived when they came to Stars Hollow. I think it's only shown in one ep, but it would be such a fun tiny home.

You did so good! Gilmore Girls is one of my favorites! I grew up watching the show! It’s one of my comfort shows & one of my background shows! The outside of the house is so iconic and you got it perfect. I feel like the bedrooms were always changing so it’s hard to get those anyways, I think you did fantastic with it being a set. The upstairs we hardly ever saw, so that would be hard to replicate. I remember the piano but barely as well lol. I think it was perfect, the cluttering was to even Lorelei’s perfection lol! ❤ I would also love to see the town square!

I knew I was pregnant with my last daughter when I could only watch GG on repeat 😂 with my oldest daughter, I had to watch Pitch Perfect every day... I craved watching them like I craved food. It was weird AF. GG has been a comfort show since it first aired and I watched it with my mom 🥺🖤 we watched the revival together, too

You did an excellent job! It's really hard building tv show homes in TS4. My only recommendation is adding a wedding arch at the front. Luke makes one for Lorealie when she and Max were getting married.
I built this house waayyyy back in 2015 and still think it came out great. I love this build too but the only thing I disagree with is that they are NOT messy. Not even a little bit. They would never have empty pizza boxes hanging around, they'd be in the fridge if there was still pizza in them, otherwise she threw them away. The coffee maker IS over by the stove. And the porch is wrapped around the house from the front all the way to the back by the kitchen door, and to the right of the kitchen door when you're going outside is where the washer and drier are...and it is covered but not completely walled in. I love this show, this is the show I go to when I'm upset or my anxiety is out of control...which happens a lot. I lost my mom back in January so I watched GG twice all the way through AYITL as well. I've seen this show from episode 1 to the last episode of season 7 so many times I lost count. It IS a show to watch in the fall but I've watched it in the summer if I needed to. I love it, I love the characters, I love everything about it. I gotta say, however, that I honestly do not remember a piano ever being in the house and now I've gotta go back and watch the first episode. I can't believe I never noticed it considering I've seen it no less than 20 times. Anyway, great job on this build, it's as accurate as you can get in TS4.

Love this, and I didn't know this was such a widespread phenomenon to watch it during fall! I watched Gilmore Girls when it aired on tv back in the day, I was Rory's age and could relate because I also had a single mom and we would watch it together. It was the first and only dvd series I've bought as the series kept airing so I had to wait for the releases of each season both on tv and on dvd. I would rewatch it Soo many times, especially during fall. I really enjoy fall, and coffee, thanks to Gilmore Girls. And it's nice because I legally own my own copy of the entire series without a streaming service attached or internet connection needed. DVD players and DVDs should still be a thing, y'all ! Last year I introduced my fiance to the series, and we watched all of it, he also enjoyed it. But the new series that came a couple of years ago was a miss, I won't rewatch that, so disappointing how the characters turned out, especially Rory...

Your build is crazy good! I loved it!! :D The only things I would change is the phone on the table by the stairs (leading to the hallway) instead of on the mantalpiece and add shelves on top of the dresser on the left wall of Rory's room. Oh and add a tree on the left side of the house! Appart from that, it's amazing!! I would love to see you do other places like Luke's Dinner, Kim's Antics, Emily and Richard's house, but specially the Dragonfly Inn!! ❤

Really this is pretty accurate, especially first floor. But i guess they have round table on the porch by the kitchen doors. And few times it was shown that bathroom entry on the second floor was on the other side of stairs, not from Lorelai bedroom. But I think you did great and pretty accurate building
And I would love to see Lorelai's parents' house also or grocery store and main square ( or is that a psrk?) with gazebo
