And so often we don’t, and we get hurt so badly that we are left with a memory of pain that still resonates with us years later. And so often we don’t know why ?
Well sadness can be a beautiful emotion. Sadness may come from pain, but expressing it is a way to ease the pain, and there's something truly beautiful about things like a sad song that can bring out of someone the willingness to let the pain flow out.
