How to bleed and prime hydraulic steering on Marine engine. FIX LOOSE HYDRAULIC STEERING.

In this video I will be bleeding the hydraulic steering system on a 150 Mercury four stroke. If you have free play in your hydraulic steering it can be dangerous. With a simple kit and some hydraulic outboard steering fluid you can fix it. How to bleed a mercury hydraulic steering cylinder.

Looks easy …. My it’s steering hood to the right but once I give a little gas it’s tuff to go left but easy to the right and I gotta turn a lot when I’m idling for the boat to turn

The prop causes that from rotating clockwise I'm pretty sure. Normal on most boats unless running twins.
