I have been following your path of reading the ingredient list and I have to tell you that I have seen really good results, I am using ceramide moisturizer by conscious chemist and I don't see any breakouts and my skin feels very healthy except the light pigmentation around my mouth

Try to avoid oxybenzone, octinoxate. Best to choose mineral sunscreen . Copy the ingredients and analyse it in incidecoder or skindeal. Hope it helps

@@pavithrareddy1721 Hi! I use what Dr V recommended. The Facetheory Supergel. You don't need to use a lot. Just need a small amount (a bit bigger than a pea size) for the whole face. I like to apply section by section. A bit more on the acne area..

I have learned so much about skincare for skin of colour from your videos. I am dealing with melasma due to PCOS and your video on Ordinary products for hyperpigmentation for skin of color has been a great help. I was interested in purchasing Hyperpigmentation kit & InZincable by Dr V. Unfortunately, they are not available in India. So, I went with your hyperpigmentation recommendations from Ordinary and these have certainly helped a lot.
Thank you for your amazing videos and honest recommendations.
Also, there’s another brand called ‘Pilgrim’ in India that claims to contain all these helpful ingredients such as Niacinamide, Retinol, Vitamin C, Alpha arbutin etc., in their range of products and I have read and heard great reviews but I am still skeptical. Please do a review video for this brand as well.

I find ingredients containing salicylic acid (especially chemical exfoliate) breaks me out more (even after use of 6-8 weeks when purging shouldn’t occur) if you have recommendations for benzoyl peroxide or another ingredient to use, thanks!

I've a request to make... I had all sorts of rashes, acne from just before puberty,it did .e dirty... I was never confident to take a picture as there was always one or more red, angry, and painful acnes on my face. I tried everything, didn't work... and I have pcos diagnosed last year. After getting the treatment (oral contraceptive pill, named yasmin) all my acnes went away, my skin was more glowy and radiant than a baby!!! I've stopped taking pills (under dr.'s supervision because of migraine) and my worst enemy has come back!
