    Thank you for the video. This is especially helpful since my home Track is Mimi's as well.
    Can you comment on the diff fluid weights you use? It's quite confusing if the LTC gears require a heavier or lighter fluid vs. the standard gears.
    I don't understand the 1.0mm bleeder hole you mentioned drilling in the rear shock piston. Are you actually adding another hole to the 2x 1.8 piston? What motivates the need for another hole?
    My b74.2 tends to lift of the inside wheels at the sweeper at the end of the straight. My front sidewalls are glued so I'm not sure what other adjustments I should try. I'd like to try out your full setup so a link to those would also be appreciated.

    My front axle seems to short. Wheel nut’s barely thread on. My steering horn hits the steering rack as well

    Enzo, miss you guys and Mimi. Just sold my .1d and regretting. But that’s what happens when you lose everything over getting laid off. Can’t wait to get back. Ryguy

    I wonder if I can put the .2 battery strap on my freshly built .1D. I don't like the .1 battery strap since I would have to unscrew the strap to get my battery out. Or I can always leave it in the car but I like charging my batteries in my fire proof charging bags just in case.

    I knew I should’ve ran 30 weight in the rear on my 2wd. Guy at the shop told me to run 32 in front and 27 in back. Took my car to the track and could hear my car scrapping as I hit the jumps. Couldn’t figure out where the scrapping was coming from until I realized it was the tail of the chassis scrapping the lip of the jump. It scrapped pretty good and took some of the screw heads off. Need to replace chassis and am definitely switching to 30 weight in the rear.

    so im currently running 1.7, 1.8 rear. Can you give me a little insight on what that extra 1.0 hole does in the rear piston?

    What’s the shock combo for the 2wd
    Front 1.7-1.7 32.5 blue spring
    Rear 1.8-1.8 30 blue spring
    ????

    My 10 yr old has been racing 2wd buggy in the rookie class for 7 months. He is currently building this b74.2d as his first kit. What advice would you give to a 10 yr old about to drive his first 4wd buggy?

      Slow is fast. Turn down the power if needed and build momentum and consistency. It's not all about the fastest laps, but making the least mistakes! And most importantly, have fun!

    Why fo you want the car so stiff? Does it mske it react quicker?

    • @TheRcworld101
      @TheRcworld101  Рік тому +1

      Correct. I like a stiffer car, because it's more direct and also consistent. The grip levels have to be there to run a stiff car. But our track, and most of the events I'll travel to for the national events, are all high grip slick tire indoor races. So it end up working out.
