@@tometa166 7 months late but the mutation I believe is different from his blessing, the mutation is caused by 'pain' The Prince heals from life and I assume a weaker version of the 'Magic Of Cures' which is now a blessing from the Prince is given as a reward for them to take on the pain The Prince has healed from life, which now this mutation binds them to their duty and their helmet. Maybe a coincidence but the Deep Knight's abilities represent The Prince's selfishness.
