Here's my theory:
The voices, Enmity, Sequestration, Odium, and Authority, were the original rulers of Celtor, twisted by Yun'shul's Presence, chosen by the gods to serve out an endless sentence in the cathedral. Notice how there are 4 voices, and 4 districts spread across the city. The District of Commerce, the Varicosa District, the natural City, and the Military District.
The District of Commerce was likely Sequestration, judging from her jealousy and greed.
The Varicosa District was likely Odium, from his hatred and selfishness.
The Military District was likely Enmity, from his malice, rage, and violence.
The rest of the city was likely under the control of Authority, because while Enmity (the Military) may provide judgement directly, Authority (the People) ultimately decide their fate.
The Voice of Solitude could have been the one who resided in the Cathedral of Interstice, seeking strength through praying to a god that wasn't there (Hence, Solitude).
Solitude is found above ground, cheering you on, free of corruption, because he was saved by the gods. He was different. He met a similar fate to the ones beneath him, but his worship saved him in the end.
But that's just my crack theory.

Since the lore states Celtor was a corrupt city, I think the voices were always evil and corrupt
lone warrior origin description “You wake up in a hazy area, with only memories of battle” paraphrased, i think this means the lone warriors are experiments

authority also orders them to let the player go once the trial is completed so they do talk to each other
Authority is my favorite voice, he seems to actually not care about our death and respects us beating the trials.

hey guys im gonna make an unoriginal jo- This ones sanity has already crumbled.
So here's a theory I had, Enmity is actively trying to kill or make the player fail, so it corrupts mobs that are sent into the trial, Sequestration wants to torture the player given it's almost narcissistic dialog, Odium doesn't care if the player lives or dies...And that brings us to the overworld, more specifically the trial of the lone warrior.
The Voice of Solitude, during the trial the voice actively ENCOURAGES the player to keep pushing forward. I believe Solitude was cast out by enmity due to the fact that IT was the one calling the shots, and now enmity is the one in charge of the other 2 voices while authority merely dictates who stays and who leaves.
pretty sure the gods enforcing the trial (enmity, odium, sequestrian, and authority) are all drowned gods but just weaker in a sense.. the voice of solitude could be an escaped voice of the overworld. the voice of solitude did say that they wanted to find out if the player was what they were looking for. so maybe solitude and sequestrian have the same goal in a way because sequestrian was explained to seek the player for themselves.

When you're a low level, the voices of Odium refer to you as a "Fetid lump of waste"
However, upon becoming a HIGH level player, it simply talks about a "stench" you have
It seems the stronger you are, the less hate you are regarded with by the voices of Odium. Not sure if this means anything, but it's just a detail I thought was interesting
Yeah actually i believe the voice of odium has a repulse for all the weak things as u become stronguer you loose that stench

@@thatonelorefreak4247 We also know that Yun'shul kills you for not having a resonance, but treats you well if you DO have one. Resonance is another form of power or connection to the song. Odium hates weaklings, so maybe Odium is that part of Yun'shul that grants wishes for the strong and hates the weak

Extremely underrated video only problem is u could be clarified to you to more fit the theme of the video other than that keep up the good work
That's fun to watch how shrines of yun'shul can make you break oaths (which are meant to be unbreakable) and escape the depth without a trial in a cost of some knowledge.

You forgot one voice, the voice that speaks to you within the trial of one. We know for a fact that voices are not drowned gods, but maybe the keepers of each layer of the depths and their personalities are each part of the drowned god of their layer. If a drowned god woke up, they could destroy the world, so it would make sense for them to have representatives. If this is the case, then the luminants can be "Layer Zero", and above can be layer -1 and so forth. I always thought the whole floating cities and layers of depths were weird to be pieced together in one world.

Odium is clearly over the other voices besides authority who he is probably on par with, odium is always the first and last to speak giving permission to enmity to start the trial.
Fun fact: authority might be mentioned at the start when the ship is getting bombed the captain says 'no No the authority can't have' mentioning the voice of authority and authority being the strongest or higher ranks mentioned in this video it most likely authority asked for the ships demise and the start of ur journey due to the explosives seemly coming out of knowhere like it came. From the depths itself let me know if this theory is correc or not I'd be bad for u to mention it in a video if u make 1 about authority

My theory is that there are more voices like the voice of the ethiron yunshul and more that became drowned gods and created the layer:layer 1 Yunshul

you didnt know the orgin of the enforcer, enforcers are once players on the overworld, players dro items on death same as the enforcer. And the thing is, players can use an enforcer axe. i think if they die in the trial when holding an enforcer axe, they will be reincarnated as an enforcer

no, you dont have to be holding a enforcer axe to become a enforcer, it says something like: It is said that they are the tortured souls of those who have failed the Trial, twisted into fiends that deny mortal souls salvation." (basically they are just people/players who failed the trial and were tortured)
