Great American Survival that's crazy! Customer service is one of the most important things to me. Even if it's bad news, at least get back with the customer quickly. The worst are those who simply refuse to help at all. They are okay to sell the product up front but cut ties afterwards. Smh I can rant about this forever
Yes I did a review of a magnetic retention holster that my Glock fell out of. The company said that it must have shifted or I wasn't wearing it correctly. Loaded gun fell out and onto the concrete at the post office.
