@@PonysGarage well my son and I did it. Replaced, links, bushings and strut assemblies. I was able to torque the lower links by torqueing it first before installing the upper.

On the 2010 cobalt LS there are two options on the bushings. There is a 18mm and 24mm depending on sway bar thickness. Took me a while to find that out

Definitely they do help. I changed my truck ones. Just the front ones. My truck feels more solid and stable at turnes. I also changed struts, ball joints and up and low arms. But just the swaybar links made a difference

Overall with the new endlinks and sway bar bushings how does she feel now? I'm in the process of restoring my Pontiac G5 gt sedan with all new suspension parts and I'm going with a lot of moog brand parts for the job. Great video series. Keep up the great work.

The feels alot better. I did end up lowering the Cobalt with some Raceland coilovers. It could be just placebo effect. But definitely no more squeaking when I'm going down the road. Sorry for thr late response. Thank you for watching!!!

Nice video. I have a question; Do you have to remove the sway bar links in order to remove the sway bar bushings? I'd like to only replace my sway bar bushings. Thanks in advance!

You don't have to remove the whole link. Just the bottom part of the link on both driver and passenger side. That way it's easier to move the sway bar around to loosen it from the bushings. Hopefully this helps. Thank you for watching.

I have been doing battle with my links on a 2007 Pontiac G5. So far the links for 3 for 3. LOL!!!!! Is the Sea Foam Deep Creep that good? I noticed your came off with ease. On my driver's side, I was able to get the top bolt off on the link but that bottom one won't give. I might try spraying them daily with penetrating oil then see if that helps. #quadstatecameras

Yes sir. That deep creep has been a big help. I do live in California so the car little to no rust on it. If you have the deep ceeep id spray it a few times and try again. The bolts came right out with it. It even got an O2 sensor out of my 98' Blazer. Thanks for watching!!!

Just did this on a staurn ion, along with new break pads huge difference. The old end links were a p.i.t.a. to get off.

Does the sway bar bushing clamp for the chevy cobalt also work for a saturn ion? I have a ion and the busing clamp rusted to death! Im looking for a replacement and they seem to have a similar structure

I'm pretty sure they are the same part. It's the same platform just different bodies. Kind of like a Chevrolet Camaro and a Pontiac Firebird.
