Lego Set 31139 The Cozy House 5th Alternate Build The Home From Rebrickable.com

On this video I am doing the 5th and final alternate build of the Lego Set 31139 The Cozy House. This is done by the designer name mocker and is from rebrickable.com. It has two floors and slanted roofs, spacious front yard with a patio, and a small backyard. It should be good for a city and it fits on a 32 by 32 baseplate as it is 24 studs wide and 30 studs long. This model needs to have 2 of the set and some extra pieces that does not come with the set which you have to order separately. I would ask the designer himself or look at the end of the instructions as most of the pieces required are black and white.
