Have been doing micro botox for a year in my spa but clients are fearful of too many injectable. I use 2ml needles and very proficient at it. Thank you for building my confidence

Very interesting. Can the same effect with Micro Botox be achieved by using a micro injection device such as an Aqua Gold stamper? It seems that the injection depth would be more consistent than free handing with an insulin syringe. Thank you.
Quite the opposite in my opinion. I tried the aqua gold but it sprayed everywhere and I lost a lot of product. By my injecting it I can control it intradermally. But then again I’ve done tens of thousands if not 100s of thousands of injections.

Out of curiosity (outside of the additional cost) is there a reason you wouldn’t recommend using an aquagold or other cheaper skin stamping device. I feel this is how you can take the human error out of it or risk of going too deep. What are your thoughts?
@@magnoliaaesthetics5390 aqua gold really just does not provide consistency. My hand is far more consistent. I I can actually raise a bolus of an area and get much better results by hand. I wish I could use aqua Gold because it would save me a lot of effort in time. due to the dilution, it is totally safe if I went to deep. It is not a question of safety but efficacy.

@@mabeltorres6615 it’s effective but unfortunately it takes 3-5 rounds to see the change. Everything else from pores, scars, etc., is super fast and can be seen usually after one round

Here are my biases: PRP and PRF are entirely useless for skin improvement. PDO threads are also useless. I’ve done them all. Chemical peels are not useless just of incredibly limited benefit to almost none and are only safe in fair skin people. This treatment is like a bazooka in results compared to a fly swatter with a chemical peel so there’s no benefit. Plus mesoBotox is safe with almost no risk of hyper and hypopigmentation, scarring and lasts years and safe in all skin types from Irish to Central African black. None of those parameters exist for chemical peels. Not to mention it can help with pores, texture, tone, quality of skin, abnormal skin issues like scarring, rosacea, and discoloration. Nothing gets close and it lasts years with cumulative benefit. And my formulation has knocked out risk of unwanted temporary paralysis even getting around the mouth. The one thing this treatment does not do is wrinkles so I use my dynamic fillers for that. You can watch that video.

My lower face (marionettes) need a bit of help along with that general area (I'm 55, thin face to begin with) I'm scheduled next week for threads around those lines along with some tox in my chin and a tiny bit on top of upper lip for lines, then the "fern" technique with filler somewhere in that area as well? You've steered me away from Sculptra, so thank you. I just want to look a bit more rested, not 30 again? Thoughts on threads and if I should be recommending something like this mesotox?? Any input is appreciated ❤
@@JoyinFlorida in short, I used to do them about 10 years ago or more when they were first popular and they don’t do anything. You cannot actually lift the skin and think you’re going to get anything long-term. Even when I did a full SMAS facelift I couldn’t get sustainable results. Only with the deep plane facelifts can you get a shot at results. I think I shot a video called why thread lifts suck or at least I did a podcast on it. Sorry, I hope you will be happy with it but that is my opinion.

If you are not already getting regular Botox, then I would start with that because usually the worst wrinkles are in your upper face. Meso Botox to me is great for someone that already has really good upper face results and is looking to make the entire face look great. If it is within your budget or if you have bad skin for your lower 2/3 of the face then Meso Botox is a great option too.

The real problem in my opinion is that gravity can only realistically be improved with Surgery. However, a lot of what we think is gravitational really has more to do with volume deflation. I really believe that skin management, volume, and gravity or three independent phenomena. Take a look at my video on this subject where I try to divide into the three categories.

U can do it as a tox facial yes but it won’t have the same level of results it will give u glassskin over time Have seen it. Only downside it lasts even shorter length. So a waste honestly but great if u are needing for an event and want less risk

You can look at me injecting my own face in a previous video. I inject everything. Just very superficial blebs. You see the dilution I use is 20 mL. Just putting about .01 to .04 cc and each raised bleb. being very superficial is the key. You must stop thinking about muscles. The goal is for skin treatments.

Amazing content. 60-year-old male here. I have done Botox or Disport for about 6 years now but only about 10 times. Strategically before events or holidays. I found that the results for Botox were not as effective as Disport. Once I got minimal results from Botox. (Bad procedure maybe?) Usually about 50+ units. I find Disport to be really effective. In this video you speak about the benefits of Botox. Are they the same for Disport? Could not find any info on your site about Disport. Thanks
I didn’t say no one else besides me can do it. I just don’t trust my staff to do it. Why? Because it must be placed precisely into the dermis a space that is 2-3 mm thick repeatedly a hundred times per patient. What is the consequence of placing it too deep just below the dermis? A frozen face with no discernible result. Trust me I used to teach fillers and I gave up because a lot of people out there have simply bad hands. Is it as complex as a rhinoplasty or a deep neck lift that I perform? Of course not. The real issue is 99.9% of providers don’t do this because they don’t understand the power of it.

The muscles of the lower face and the zygoma are either attached to skin of lower face. And very superficial at the obicularis ofuli /zygoma mergence

I’ve never heard of that brand. It’s not allowed in the US. You will have to experiment with the dosing.

I don’t know about DMAE therapy but I see no contraindication and Nerfititi can be done same time

we use to make nose skinnier. Stops the nostrils from been active. Just not to much, you won’t be able to breathe 😂

So .5 unit per injection?
I calculated it: between 0.125 and 0.25 units per injection
