Imagine Jimmy Carr showing up around a corner on the street at night with that laugh
Hahahaha made my day :D
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAAAAAAA
+sinkezie hahahahahahahha holy fuck
+sinkezie Thanks for the nightmares.
sinkezie it would sound like pennywise
"Did you say pheasant or peasant?" I love the banter between David Mitchell and Lee Mack
Agreed! Even when the focus isn't on them, their chemistry still steals the show! I love how they make each other laugh.
osully67 lee Mack is one of the wittiest people ever . He must be a genius I reckon .
"its like a distinction between having a glass of water and going swimming" is it just me? or was explanation incredibly clever of him to come up with that on the spot so quickly?
gokuson kun i realize he and Lee are incredible smart and sharp
Still Crows, no. you just didn't understand it properly. listen to him again. hopefully next time you'll get it. don't worry it happens lol even to normal people
it was most likely supposed to be nonsense, but then as he realized what he said, he came up with a funny explanation
+E_M_E_T I doubt it was supposed to be nonsense, because it made perfect sense.
You're just a slow consumer drone.
Glass of water analogy was perfect
playingforbritain I
Honestly, haven't laughed like that for ages!
Yup. Was surprised it didn't get a bigger laugh from the panel and audience. Jimmy was the only one to give it the reaction it deserved.
could be it did get a bigger laugh once he explained it, there is a cut right after
I guess it is one of those delayed jokes, where the audience reacts at different speeds, leading to a less explosive laughter. The kind of jokes which sneaks onto you and become painfully funnier over a few seconds. Rob's face afterwards is a representation of that feeling.
"Well it's like the difference between drinking a glass of water and going swimming."
A perfect analogy by David Mitchell there xD
Lee's 'kiddy chino' comment was so quick, absolutely brilliant!
I didn't catch that, what sid he say?
"A kiddy chino is just a very small pair of trousers. You probably do use them!"
haha, thanks :D
Lee Mack and David Mitchell have such quick wit, so funny
I can't believe that they didn't ask him what his parents said when he asked them why they gave him coffee.
Maybe they did but it wasn't funny enough to make the edit?
@@junbh2 4 years later! I suspect it was because it was poor advice the bbc don’t want to share
I wanna know so bad
@@Try95th I can't speak for Jimmy but as a toddler of 3 or 4, I once got a sip of tea somehow and loved it. I managed to annoy my mother into giving me milky tea in my bottle. I hated that she diluted it with that much milk but toddlers can't be choosers. I also used to get shots of alcohol from a very young age but that was by mistake. My eldest sister used to buy what she thought was a Japanese herbal tonic drink that aids in general wellbeing/digestion etc. and I only found out it was a Japanese herbal liqueur containing 14% ABV as an adult. My mother most likely used to drink it during her pregnancy with me as well.
That analogy by David was superb! The audience didn't quite grasp it but it was great tho
V4Vendetta I really don't get it. Care to explain?
Chris Hartwig basically jimmy was saying he was given coffee as a child, the woman asked (i don’t know her name sorry) did they put coffee in his milk? he said no he was just given genuine coffee with more milk in it than average to make it a milky coffee so david said the difference between the two is ‘having a glass of water’ it’s the water and coffee then the milk added but ‘going swimming’ is putting the coffee in a glass of milk
Jimmy Carr's laugh is absolutely terrifying.
I forgot he laughed like that and when he laughed it scared me cause I didn't know where this fuckin demon goose cackle came from😂
So is his face.
Someone said it sounded like a glorious bird mating call
Niels Erkens
It’s what you call the ‘Bloody awful’
The blood of a peasant comment had me rolling on the floor :p
The timing of that...
*pheasant
I've heard it said that giving caffeine to a child will tax its development. So I suppose since Jimmy's fully developed he must've avoided that tax too!
🤣
I love Jimmy's reaction to David's analogy. He appreciates other men's jokes like no other.
And the fact that he got it straight away before the explanation. Pretty sharp these comedians
I love how he finishes each laugh off with a nice alteration as if to be a full stop on a sentence of pure joy.
"What's so unpleasant about being drunk?" - "Ask a glass of water."
I lose it every time I hear Jimmy Carr's laugh.
AH ah ah ah aaaah.
Its fake
@@louiseh4692 Why would he fake such a weird laugh? I think it's genuine
If I'm ever on trial for murder, I would want David to be my attorney. There is no way I would be found guilty
"It was .... a lie." He says to the judge after the judge declares your side of the story to have been true. 😆
That explains a lot :D
Jimmy's laugh is so odd, just stands out so easily
Jimmy Carr's laugh is hilarious!
Literally the least hilarious thing possible
+Callum Docherty Yeah it gets old fast
+Yikak4 Jimmy is about 5 times less awful than stampylonghead. My boys LOVE his Minecraft videos and his laugh makes me want to smash the computer, rip the modem out of the wall, move us all to a hut on a rock in the sea and wait for Hagrid to pick my boys up for Hogwarts.
+Angela Gustafson I see you've put some thought into this.
His laugh really overshadows over comedian's jokes.
Jimmy Carr's laugh is one of the best things on British television.
But he doesn't use it all the time, makes me think it is fake. There are plenty of clips of him laughing without that laugh...
Hahahahahaaaaaa!
He explained that. He used to be embarrassed by it, and then he got lots of comments when it slipped out so he just decided to go with it.
Apparently he laughs on an in-breath, rather than out, like most people.
Bruce Rouffian Yes I laugh inwardly as well, its not as bad as Jimmy's but it can be quite embarrassing.
People can have several different laughs. I have like 3 different laughs hahaha
David Mitchell is miles ahead of everyone else.
Ashley Small and lee Mack . He’s world class with his wit .
Kilometers!
Everyone except Bob Mortimer.
The bromance between David and Lee always makes me smile.
Some say that the coffee was the source of his shimmering white teeth.
They were lying.
Dat Jimmy Carr laugh tho... It's like a fanfare, the crescendo at the end... Omg.
Jimmy's face at the end "yeah, terrible parents, what can I say"
Jimmy Carr has had some major teeth whitening.
Apoorv Jain now I can’t unsee it!
David’s joke about the water gets me every time Xx😂😂😂
"just a port and a cigar" 😂😂😂
David and Lee have such great comedic chemistry.
yes
I think we found the reason for that laugh
Jimmy's laugh at 1:11. Omg.
That glass of water analogy was one of the smartest things ive ever heard
Mitchell is brilliant.
Jimmy Carr was never a baby. He was built in a haunted mannequin factory.
I always knew he was intoxicated when he developed that laugh.
Lee mack is like a dad that everyone finds funny because of his quick wit😂
Jimmy Carr's laugh is really disturbing ;/
I remember when latte was called milky coffee
1:10 LOVE his confused face ahhahah
Jimmy Carr's laugh makes me so happy it's so peculiar 😭😂
is there any connection betw. coffee and laughing...?
2:26 when the teacher put your crush next to you and you give her this look
I can't believe they didn't stand up and applaud David's comparison. (clap) (clap)
Me and my brothers were brought up drinking coffee from about 2 years old (with milk in it of course)
Jimmy's laugh is perfect
Susanna Reid looks beautiful here.
Giving an infant coffee could kill them. Milk or formula are important to have the right fat to water ratio. Babies have a much higher water content for a few weeks so drinking even just water or too much water to formula can over hydrate them leading to nervous system problems due to sodium levels being askew and cells can start expolding leading to septic blood. This is where Jimmy Carr's death laugh comes from.
I don’t know what all the fuss was about when Jimmy Carr said that as a child he was given coffee with milk to drink. My grandmother used to make me a cup of coffee with milk in it quite a bit of milk actually though less than half when I was staying with her before my third birthday for several months. The strange thing is that at that time I liked the coffee with milk but when I became older I couldn’t stand coffee and I still can’t.
I was given coffee every morning starting from the age of 2 as well
Everyone complimenting about the analogy....But they were giving him coffee in his milk. He normally had milk, but coffee was added to perk things up. Unless he normally had black coffee and milk was added to temper in down.
aditya g No, saying “coffee in his milk” implies milk was the main part of the drink and a small amount of coffee was added but Jimmy clarified that it was actual coffee he was having.
I love Jimmy Carr's laugh!
ha ha ha ha haaaaaaa is how jimmy laughs lol
I was given tea in a bottle.
Noah Spurrier same
Jimmy staggeringly looking like Brendan Urie here
Whenever Rob says "Pretty conclusively' it always means it's a truth
That explains a lot.....
I almost couldn't finish the video because of his laugh and then he creeped me out even more on 2:28
I just realized that Rob is exactly as tall as I am, and everyone here is constantly making fun of Rub because of how short he is...
your profile picture fits this comment perfectly
xøñχt I tend to be attracted to short guys.
When you made that comment, could you not reach across to the "O"?
Coffe as a child... This explains sooooo much...
I'm so glad we got to hear Jimmy Carr's laugh in this preview.
I am always here if people need to talk or to get their minds of something x
I've been drinking beer since I was 3 years old. Irish relatives. LOL
realistically speaking, would taking higher than normal doses of caffeine as a baby help improve brain function? I mean he did go to cambridge and got spectacular grades...would the coffee have assisted that in some way?
no
Realistically speaking, all it would have done was mess up his sleep habits, which on the whole would have caused him harm. Whether it was enough to noticeably hurt him would depend on how much he got and how sensitive to it he was.
No it wouldn't.
What about the tens of thousands who didn't drink coffee as a baby and still got to Cambridge?
Ah.ha.ha.ha.ha.ha.ha.ha.haaa!
*Jimmys laugh*
ĸaιne thanks
I love it. I find it soothing.
I started drinking cafe con leche around 2.
if jimmy had coffee and alcohol as a baby, that explains a lot.
is this a new series??? if yes wat nights is it on? love this show, soooooo funny :)
The show had to be taken off air then and Jimmy was led away by social services.
What is the woman next to Lee called? Asking for a friend for his research
susanna reid
+Abradolf Lincler she's one of the hairy bikers, Dave Myers.
+Master Bateman > research
+G96Saber your picture only makes this comment better
lisse0099 I only pick the rarest memos; I am the Mememaster General.
A classic sign of a hyperactive child (ADHD nowadays), you give them a coffee and they slow down. I still need a cup of coffee before I go to bed, otherwise I do not sleep properly.
If it was a lie, he wouldn't have said that his parents gave him booze
If it's true, are they allowed to lie when answering the questions?
Officially, no. Though some contestants forget the rule
Suzanna reid is something else
When it's true, does that mean it's all true? Even the part about being given alcohol as a baby?
I've been drinking coffee since I was like 3 and all my typical Bangladeshi uncles and aunts would go crazy when they see me doing it XD
hi could you tell me in which episode/clip Lee Mack tells Jimmy about his fiddling the government accent?
Jimmy Carr's laugh reminds one of a crow with a fetish for auto-erotic asphyxiation.
Lee mack is comedy genius
It quite common for babies/youngsters to have warm milky coffee, few years ago...before the "" do this -do not brigrade " was invented
My sister drank coffee when she was six months old. Not a whole cup, obviously, but my mother would let her take little sips when she showed interest.
Jimmy Carr's iconic laugh
I don't see why it wouldn't be true. My mum had coffee as a two year old, it's not a big deal. She is Finnish of course.
Can't hear anything they're saying I'm far too distracted by Jimmy's laugh
"HAHAHAHAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaa......" - Jimmy Carr
I always used to finish my dad's coffee. Not nearly on Jimmy's level, but still.
I had similar things when I was little
I love David Mitchell ahahaha
you could always not watch the whole video?
Jimmy is a chad, you're parents are lucky to have you:) x
2:26
Omg love jimmy carr's laugh lol!!!!! :-):-):-)
Lol Jimmys laugh
say you won't let go
So that’s why he laughs like that
If it's true, it certainly explains a lot.
Jimmy looks pretty good here
what word does David use when he says "self perodic mouth". I googled perodic but nothing comes up
He says Self Parodic - basically means he makes fun of himself and he was probably about to say the same thing but Lee got there first :)
Totally makes sense now how fast Jimmy talks
