Mine had well above 300k km on it, so finding one that has 77k is quite rare. Even more so with a 5-speed manual combined with the 1.6 diesel engine. They were usually paired with the 4-speed option

Man, THIS THING ARE AMAZING our has almost 700.000 kms and it's NEVER had an issue on it,like literally it only needs the change of oil and other minor stuff,i have a feeling these run forever .Also,most of times it starts at -10 °C at the first attempt!We use it quite rarely,but when we do it's to transport stuff etc It's like a tank this engine. I,and my dad actually have very nice cars,but we've decided to keep this forever to see how much it lasts,but it doesn't seem like it'll stop working

Pull that little diesel out and put a 2.0 8v golf engine in. It's and easy job, can be done in a weekend using loads of your old bits. Transforms the van. I did it a while back.
Nice looking t3, but i think it's the 1.6 turbo diesel jx engine, because of the LDA box on top of the injection pump. The naturally aspirated diesels usually don't have this LDA Box, so it must be the 1.6td jx engine. Correct me if i'm wrong

Hello Flex im sorry to hear that your van was vandalized :( sir i have 16 surveilance cameras connected to 2 dvrs and 2 TVS ( each dvr holds enuf to hav 2 weeks of surveilace video recordings) sir i instaled all 16 cameras myself its rather simple to do i mean i have minor autisim so if i can do it you can too ! its around $200 USD for 8 cameras a large dvr wiring and another $150 USD for a large LCD tv . nice writting to ya

I had a Golf Mk2 with 1.6td, and it always started (without heating) at -30°C.

The T3 diesel was really slow but did the job.
We also have a t3 1.6td my grandfather tuned the engin6a little bit. Better cooling and some other stuff. Itbis fast enough
