Nice choice. I’ve always been fond of this song. I suggest checking out Gas Panic! from the same album as this. It’s one of the most overlooked Oasis songs out there. Should’ve totally been a single.
I've made a marathon of a lot of songs reviews that I like this morning in your channel (Including AM, The Strokes, TOP and MGMT), and I really love how you really try to get to understand the song, the lyrics and the melody. Really love your content, hope you get more recognition later. This song by Oasis are not of their best songs, but it's still pretty enjoyable.
If you want to see their greatest music video, I can recommend D’you Know What I Mean, the older version (there are a 2016 HD version, but start with the original, because the “new” version misses a whole bridge). Great reactions (not just the Oasis ones) and you are one of the few music channels who actually analyze the song, not just “watch” it I appreciate that, great content.
@@DerekDerekDerekDerekDerekDerek Don't be a cunt, the old version is better overall, because it contains the whole lyrics, the 2016 rethink looks better, but misses the whole "look into the wall of my mind's eye" part...
Your reply got deleted, try it again without the Rude word. I'm generally interested in why you think the horribly mixed version is better than the version where you can hear the bass and strings!
You must react to the b side to this "Let's All Make Believe" - one of their most underrated tunes and somehow a b side!
In Japan they put it on the album but not in the UK album version.
Such groove! That bass line is killer. They are my fav band and I’ve got a huge record collection.

Good call Evan. Easily one the best written and best performed Oasis songs.
Agreed, this and gas panic have always been 2 of my favourites
Great reaction as always! Please add "Morning glory" from Oasis in the requests list :-)
I would recommend "Machine" by The Horrors as well

Welcome aboard! I agree, not one of my favorites from Oasis so far but still a good song.
The words for "Isn't it a wonder how Princes & Kings" sections Noel pounced it off from a old poem.

The "look into the wall of my mind's eye" part is my favorite. They really screwed that up big time
The new version is way better
