Chicken Souvlaki Pita from Scratch!

This recipe took almost 2 hours, which is longer than I thought when I set out to make it, however it is mind-blowingly good! The chicken, pita, tzatziki and garnish are all made from scratch. It is ‪@BrianLagerstrom‬ 's recipe - and he really knocked it out of the park.

Great recipe and is easily vegetarian-works well with halloumi cheese.
