How easy/hard po ba is it to do the 'leverage' method that Sir Richard is doing? I mean in terms of legal documentations, is it as simple as signing the Deed of Assignment? Also, do all developers allow this- that properties be re-sold prior to turnover?

Better invest in agriculture kesa bumili ng mga condos. Real estate is killing the agricultural industry. Buy hectares of land and raise livestocks. Till the land, plant short and long term food products. Bamboo is now in demand internationally which only takes two years to harvest. Plant mahogany trees, daming benefits sa mahogany.
Token real estate is high risk for scam it’s not regulated it’s to early to invest in token real estate unless it’s back by real money and government regulated i would stay away from this scams
