Love having both options specially when I was travelling because certain countries had better support for Samsung Wallet while others had better support for Google Wallet and even locally here in Oz since I'm living and working between Melbourne and Sydney and each supports a transport system for one of the cities so didn't have to bother with having 2 extra cards for transport 🤗
i notice the google wallet has animations when u make a payment. ive seen the basketball spin, then it goes into the hoop and confetti pops. thats pretty cool. ive only started using it after 6 years on my S20 LOL
For some reason my Galaxy A54 5G international model that I'm using in the United States can't use Samsung Pay. A pop up message always appears blocking me from using the app each time I open it. Currently running on One UI6.0
I don't see either because my bank app has its own tap to pay option. However, I'm part of other banks and buy now, pay later apps, and all show the Google Wallet/Pay option.

I mainly use samsung wallet, just now added things to Google wallet, I want to test its autofill when making online purchases, but I will still only use Samsung wallet when going places because it's more secure.
At this point i think Samsung has spies in google's team. Everything samsung launches is followed by a much smoother and universal version of that app/feature.

@@mks-mobile That has been my experience. Spanish phone does not accept cards from Portugal or the US. It took me a while to find out why. And cannot be changed. Apple is global. Samsung is "locally restricted". I cannot see any sense, but various forums confirmed that's just the way it is...

On the s23 ultra u can't have quick access to google pay?
Yes there is. Tap your account on the top. Then wallet tips." You'll see an option to add a Google Wallet icon on the lock screen.

It depends on the region. In some nations, it does, and in some, it does not. Try searching for it in the settings.

It depends on the region, I guess. Maybe it's not offered in your area. Also, try downloading it from the Galaxy Store. See if it's available there.

Samsung is limited to one country: the country where you purchased your phone. Cards from other countries will not be allowed.
