Hilde had a difficult and lonely life; recently several years of illness put her over the top into moderate depression. She lost her cat about a month ago, which has put Hildes' mental state into even further depths of sadness and hopelessness than before.
Steve Andreas' NLP depression sessions helped overcome Hildes' grief by encouraging her not to give up on herself or what they could have together - even if it seemed impossible at first glance! This unedited client NLP session lasts 75 minutes with follow-up sessions scheduled every week until he saw successful results which led this client to start living again.

I sympathize with your experience. There are a few of us who do more than look out the window at bird feeders. Here is another example that I wrote up:

And here is a transcript of a videotaped session:

    All good wishes, Steve

Where in the name of God and all angels is there ANY therapist, counselor, psychiatrist, psychologist, LSW, peer counselor who actually has sessions like that. 25 years in....I just write about it privately and hope for the best. In Cincinnati, Ohio, USA I've had nothing but "uh, huh, that's nice...wanna look out the window at my birdfeeders?" kind of counsel. For rape, incest, grief, abandonment, witnessing suicide. I know it's a challenge. But get real. I won't give up. I'm 55 and still hope.

If you could be a bit more vague about what you perceived, I would be happy to respond. ;-)
