My friend just bought a house similar to this to flip. We spent a LONG time clearing and sorting. Managed a garage sale for the "good" items. Great video, looking forward to more.
I bet it was a lot of work! We spent a few hours off-camera sorting the few items to save, but most of it is so dated or damaged it isn't worth dealing with. The house was broken into before this video, so the burglar stole the good stuff and really made a mess of what was left. Thanks for your reply, I'm hoping to get this home fully renovated quickly.
thats old linoleum not tile id get it tested for asbestos before ripping it out id do a asbestos and lead test in the house before ripping anything out with how old the place looks
I appreciate your input on it! Fortunately most of the house has the original hardwood floors, so we have very minimal flooring we'll need to deal with.

Wow!!!
Thanks for your input! It's been a load of work, my goal is to get it ready in the next 6 weeks, but with the holidays I'm probably just optimistic.
Don't forget to look in the attic !
Great point! I'm afraid to go up there, but this weekend I'll get the rest of the cleaning finished!
Good work. Was that you in that painting? No just kiddin'
No relation Haha! It's crazy to think that without names or information it's impossible to say if that portrait is of someone who is 60 or 30 now.
Seems some could of been donated , there r people out there that could use unwanted furniture
Some items were donated, a few tables and chairs. Unfortunately time and humidity damaged most of the contents.
Just looking at the video plenty of opportunity toselling items & Donate.
What an absolute waste!
Hard to imagine leaving so much sitting for years! Time, even without use, can be hard on most items.
kitty litter for the paint
Great thought! We have lots of space to let cans dry, but they mostly are at this point.

Donation, donation, donation and recycle
@@lmbclm4 we recycled some, we donated some, but unfortunately most of the items were in poor condition.
