- Welcome back to Makin' it! For episode 2, we're taking this show on the road down to New Orleans. The Big Easy! Fitting, because this cocktail is BIG... and it's EASY... to make. PSA: If you're ever in New Orleans, especially during Mardi Gras (but really any time), don't ever buy beads from the guys walking around the quarter selling them on the street. A lot of the time they come out in the wee hours of the morning and pick up all the beads that are left on the ground, covered in piss, beer, and puke. Or I guess buy them, but give them a good wash before you do anything with them.
