  • Recruiting in the roofing industry is a notorious nightmare. How can you pull in talented, hardworking, and, more importantly, long-staying recruits?
In this fantastic session with Becca Switzer, you get to learn the most common catastrophic mistakes most people make when hiring roofing sales reps. These are the mistakes chasing people off your opportunity.
Becca teaches us how to position your job ad to be more credible instead of appearing like a suspicious MLM rip-off. In this video, Becca emphasizes the critical importance of framing your opportunity in the right language, introducing a sense of scarcity (to show the recruit has to EARN the offer) instead of appearing to be begging your prospective recruit to join your team.
Furthermore, in this session, you learn how to conduct your interviews to yet emphasize the integrity of your proposition. This involves the right way to present the reward/compensation package of your roofing offer to make it as alluring - yet credible and legitimate - to your prospective recruit.
