- How to Pick a Neighborhood in the Twin Cities! WHERE SHOULD I LIVE?
In today’s video, we’re going to talk about an idea that came directly from some potential new clients. They had Googled - “How To Pick A Neighborhood in the Twin Cities”. In turn they found us, so we thought we’d dive in and talk about ways to think about using home buying apps and looking at a map when trying to find a location you’d like.

Currently working with Amber who helped us find the perfect house for my wife and I! If you are on this video thinking of moving to MN reach out to them. We couldnt be happier with their work!
Thank you for this, Chris!!! So excited for y’all!!
perhaps consider adding earmarks to video for each subject
I’m situated a few miles north of St. Paul; don’t to divulge exactly where because it’s really underrated and my wife and I are looking for a house in or near the area. I’m 45 minutes away from in-laws and “cabin country” up north, 25 from parents and Wisconsin, and everything else is quick and painless unless I need to get to the west side of the cities during rush hour; that’s a nightmare. I’m essentially in the heart of it all and get to avoid insane traffic. Living anywhere else in the cities would be a downgrade.
4644 Portland Avenue South. across from Eugene Field School and walking distance to Ramsey Junior High School and Washburn High School. This is where i grew up in the early fifties.🙏😃
I'm really grateful! Can you recommend the top city in Minnesota for an Esthetician?
Thanks in advance😊
Can you speak about bikeability? If you work at Fort Snelling where could you bike home within 35 min? Or public transportation? Would ideally like a pre-1940 area under 300k, don't mind what the schools are like, parks are more important. Very, very partial to the blue area. Thanks for your least favorite map 😂.
I’ll definitely make a video about biking!
I’m looking for somewhere hilly in St Paul that has a good public transit connection ideally light rail and walkable amenities.
Saint Anthony Park is one of the first that comes to mind for this!! Check out our virtual tour!

My Husband and I are interested in moving to Minneapolis. Everyone tells us we're crazy because there is so much crime. Is it really that bad? Please enlighten me lol
I’ve been to MSP hundreds of times over the last 25 years (work related) & in my experience it’s not as bad as other major cities. The tv news went totally overboard after the George Floyd incident. They made it look like the whole city was a war zone; it wasn’t.
It's a major city, so yes, there's crime. There's crime everywhere. Most of the people that say that don't actually spend any meaningful time in Minneapolis, they just project what they heard from fox news (Minneapolis/st paul are liberal leaning cities). For the most part, just mind your business, and you'll be ok.
