I have a hammock and high ceilings like yours. Just wish I could figure out how to rig my silk. This would do wonders for my self esteem and depression. You look beautiful and free! Cute tights too! ☺️
It gets easier with practice but I’ll never forget the first couple months of wrapping my thighs. It was a little like torture. I even had bruises... sky yoga hammock love bites lol. Keep practicing and you will start to feel more comfortable with the thigh wrapped. Also make sure the hammock isn’t twisted when you start a twisted hammock is like a rope it’s tight and it pinches
redsox2334 23 be patient because it takes time to find your sweet spot on the thigh, it can be a bit like a deep tissue massage at first and you may receive some bruising. With more practice and learning to wrap up high on the thigh the pressure will lessen and it will become easy
It takes time and practice to get used to this pose. Keep practicing and in a few weeks the pain will go down. I used to suffer but after 3-4 weeks it felt easy because I found my sweet spot or maybe I just got used to the pressure. It’ll come
I love how you went step by step and instructed through all of it! Can’t wait to try!!
Let me know how it went
This is beautiful!

Really great tutorial I love it
1:19 uhhhh you do you LOL
What is the recommended distance between the 2 hooks?
On the outside of your shoulders
Mylee & Teddy thank you!
Sophie Bosquet no problem
It’s better with only one hook on the ceiling so that you can spin
Space the anchors the distance of your hips plus two of your fists for the perfect space
I just don’t get why you have to wrap yourself the second time because it seems like you undid that wrap just to pull the leg out
The second wrap creates a tight knot. If you don’t do it twice the body will not stay suspended in the air ❤️
@@AcaciaJadeYoga great thank you!
I’m glad I’m not the only one who uses their hammock for activities with the husband, if you catch my drift 😉😂
