We named our Roomba too. We noticed it quite often becomes confused, spins in circles and gets lost. So we named ours Joe Biden!

Did you pull the caps off both sides of the rollers? The spinning brush as well?

Thanks for the video cleaned roller ends while watching video and it fixed brush error never thought that was causing it.
