Glad the M1 Carbine is starting gun in this level, It is accurate because the Carbine was originally meant for the European War and many guys in Hurtgen used them.
They did the guns so dirty in this game. The 1919 and the mg42 don't shoot nearly that slow. When guns are done wrong it completely kills my desire to play the game.
@@SpringySpring04 We were the first co. to train at loading, gunning and driving. 13 weeks combined basic and MOS training. I remember drawing tanks in elementary school. It's strange how it worked out. And yes, it was cool. We only has a 105mm but it rocked 50 tons. And could reach out and touch someone.
@@jakerazmataz852 ahh that's amazing! I never really plan on getting into military, but I would love to see how it would feel to ride around in a tank. And yes I also started drawing tanks recently in HS, its awesome to think about their shape and design!
@@SpringySpring04 The M60 was IMO the classic tank design. It wasn't a particularly good tank. I trained just after the M-1 came out. We were so envious of them. I was National Guard, so we got the leftovers. Still a great experience. Two of the most memorable times was seeing the Aurora Borealis at Ft. Drum NY. The other was the huge spotlight we had mounted on top of the main gun. It was white light and IR. You couldn't see 💩 with the IR on, until you put on NV goggles. Then holy 💩 this huge spot light is shining 2000 feet down range, like magic. I was only in 2 years, but joined the Army several years later. Yes, I went to basic again. That's another story though.
I don't understand why a lot of people are dogging this game? I guess because it's 60 bucks! which should be more like 30. but I'm also more of a single campaign player.
@@Voucher765 The US never had any due to the timing of WW2 they ordered all Garands with the 8round en bloc. The detachedable magazine was adopted by the US army with the adoption of the M14

When I studied at the Universtiy of Aachen, I pretty often visited the Hürtgenwald or "hurtgen forest", and pretty every US made game about this campaign makes the same mistake: The forest ( by that, I mean vegetation, the slope, rocks, distances etc.) looks like an average forest in the US but NOT like the actual Hürtgenwald. but what can you expect from US citizens developing these kind of games and redesigning a german forest? Nothing, they just recreate, what they already know from the USA... fucking sad for me. It's like me designing some Middle Ages ruins near New York... pretty damn idiotic...

You know, normally, that wouldn’t be my concern if individuals were adults and not related to me, but it’s actually a damn shame because their children (the baby boomers) would become the current generation of politicians running the nation to the ground and undermine it’s constitution and your bill of rights in an effort to create a world state. Obviously, this was coming for a long time but we at least have an opportunity to fix it.
