One of The ALL TIME spoken lines from Frank....." Jerry, It's Frank Constanza...Mr. Steinbrenner is here...George is Dead...call me back." LOLOLOL Never Gets Old!
I love that if you focus on Frank from 2:43-2:56 you think he's in distress over George's apparent death but he's just really filling with rage having to sit in front of Mr. Steinbrenner and wanting to vent his frustrations over an unfavorable trade.
This is and always will be my favorite Seinfeld scene. The delivery of Frank yelling at Steinbrenner combined with the premise that his son is dead but he’s upset about Buhner for Phelps is amazing.
@@beani24329 They R all Great. All the characters and side characters somehow gelled perfectly. In the words of Ace Ventura, like a glove. A truly special show that's a lightning in a bottle.

When Estelle is genuinely confused when Steinbrenner talks about all the long hours George had been working and that "he's a human dynamo!" "Are you sure you're talking about GEORGE?"
It's a recurring gag that once steinbrenner starts ranting george just leaves the office without him even noticing, dropping the crutches was a nice addition to it, george is so confident steinbrenner isn't taking notice of him any more he doesn't have to keep up the pretence.
Having been a super busy mom and gram the past 38 years, I missed out on so many funny hit shows, including Seinfeld. Last week I hurt my back and have been bingewatching. I've laughed out loud more times than I can count.
@@plunger8343 Thank God, I recovered after spending 8 days on my back. You could tell Mr. Costanza was warming up to berate Steinbrenner for trading Jay Buhner. Like he had been saving it and was waiting to use it, obviously no matter the occasion.
2:59 I wonder if that guy in the audience ever realiced how much he elevated the scene, that maniacal laught fits perfectly with Frank's insane reaction.
What a setup. Steinbrenner tells the Costanzas their son is dead, they're on the couch distraught. Finally, an emotionally overwrought Frank Costanza lays into Steinbrenner for trading Jay Buhner. LOL
They really made Steinbrenner look good through most of this episode. Not only was he genuinely concerned for George, he personally went to inform his parents. What other mega rich boss would do that for one of their low level employees?
This reminds me. Just yesterday at work this woman walked by wearing only a bathing suit, with a fishnet dress thing over it and a sunhat. This was a grocery store at 8am. Confused me and the manager mid conversation lol...
This is one of my favourite Seinfeld scenes of all. Frank is sitting there getting so worked up and is more concerned about why the Yankees traded away their best player rather then that his own son had just died! Brilliant!
1:31 - despite all the calamity, I think this is the most unsettling part of the situation for me. Jerry isn’t wearing sneakers, but boots/dockers. It doesn’t feel right.

Frank yelling at Steinbrenner itself sums up Seinfeld. He doesn't even care if his son is dead 😂 Dark humour made this a great comedy show.
Just awesome those people. 😂👍
Well, in fairness to Frank, how many chances is he going to get to let Steinbrenner know what he thought about those trades?
3:08 love Mrs. Costanza face during yelling match

IMO, Frank's comment at 2:58 is the funniest moment in sitcom history. The sheer ridiculousness of the situation, and that's what he says...
