I vowed I would never be a multiple planner girl again and built my war horse EDC to encompass everything. Then I found that work tasks were getting lost amidst all of my personal/home/family stuff so I moved to being a two planner girl. Now, thanks to the fantastic sub boxes, I have 4 planners! Talk about overwhelm! I've decided to make the spiral planner my daily devotion/ prayer journal and the vinyl planner my wellness planner - complete with habit trackers, meal planning/food diary, and gratitude/journaling. While I have sections in my EDC for habit tracking, I think it fits better with the wellness theme so I'm hoping this helps me stay on track.

I have an A5 business-only planner, an FC compact planner for personal/family/everyday general needs, and a TN standard for fitness planning and workout logs. 🖤

Using 3 planners this year - Home & Health (cleaning routines, health info for me, my mother who I help care for, and my pets), EDC (calendar, projects, lists, contacts), and Journal/Personal Development (goals, memory keeping). Took a while for me to figure out and make sure there's (almost) no overlap. (I do have trackers in more than one.) Great tips - makes me feel that I'm on the right track.

I tried (and failed) to accomplish this for 2020, but does that year even count?! Lol
    Great tips! ❤️

This is so timely I have 4 planners this year and was so lost. Just made a list of what each one can be for and tried to make sure I wouldn’t have the same info overlap. I think that’s what messed me up last year. Also, scheduling the time for each. I was always trying to check all four at the same time 😭. Thank you so much! I love these videos, they’re always so helpful 🤍

Yeah I’m definitely going to have to be more specific about what each planner is for so it’s not redundant. 🤎

I initially set up a life planner that housed my work/personal/finance all in one. But then switched out my finance into the DEC sub box planner.
I thought this was better since I have a shared office and often leave my planner out w/others around. I keep my Monthly inserts in my work/personal for all things happening in my personal life(less to keep track of) and I use the weekly mon start inserts for work! I love the lines sheets to list my tasks for the day!

Sometimes it's necessary to switch to two planners instead of one for privacy reasons, love how you made it work with your lifestyle! Thank you for sharing!

You should have separate sections in one planner for work and personal, and then separate monthly/weekly inserts as needed. When you are in the personal tab, you have your stuff and flip to the work tab for those appts and tasks.

@@Butterflies.and.Tulips Thank you, but then how do you NOT double book your calendar....just flip back and forth? I'm finding with WFH my work/personal day is so integrated.
