Hey just curious but why not run BT-9 Dracmon? Like it's a searcher for everything else in deck. Is it just cause it's not a Dark Animal?

Oh I definitely think it's pretty solid for the deck tbh! I've seen some lists with Kimera too which I definitely think has a spot in the deck
I just wanted to make sure I can consistently discard dark animals for hellooga to out most things and have enough things to play for free, and had high faith in analog, trainings and mem boosts

Purple meta is going wild. Nationals will nearly be all purple and if we can use ex5, Anubis is too good. I fear that Anubis is actually tier 0.

@@B3NB3NTTV the ex5 Anubis (ex5 vaccine Anubis) + merva deck. It’s insane. You can drop a merva for 2 cost then if merva has ignite you can gain back 1.
You can also put desthxmon in and get positive memory gain from playing it with Anubis.
The deck gets dumb.
Also Anubis pops a lv5 or below for every digimon played by effect and if you don’t get a pop you get a free draw.
So the merva play pops 2 lv 5s or below or gets you up to 2 free draws.
Anubis is also [main] as it’s effect so you can bring our psychemon to protect against opponents desthxmon then sack it or evolve it so it doesn’t effect you on your turn.

I hate what fenri stands for, I have yet to see a any deck that has solid counter play against it. All of its inheratables are insane.
As well it feels like a major punch to the gut seeing how much value mind link gives and how little we got with the bio merge takato.

Fenrir feels like an absolute custom card for sure XD
Although in the testing I've done albeit limited, I do think it will at least struggle against tower decks and ofc things like sec con

@zeff3016 having played the deck myself while the deck is incredibly explosive, it's actually very linear on its capabilities.
Currently the deck is actually locked into 3 plays a turn.
- digging: with trainings/boosts
- going into hell loogar for setting up trash and clearing a single target
- or going for OTK
And when it goes for its 3rd option it doesn't have access to any removal until after it goes into fenrir so a memory/no call by effects flood Gate essentially forces them to take an extra turn to out it before they can actually "play"
Other than that decks that have effect protection prevent fenrir from unsuspending so decks like: Machine, greymon essentially steal an attack away from them
Finally deck has 0 protection so decks like beelstar, sec con, or even a single blocker with retaliation completely wall its end game
